q	q w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Makler war sehr unprofessionell vor allem nachdem er die Maklerprovision erhalten hat hat er seinen Job nicht mehr gemacht. Man bekam fehlende schlüssel erst nach mehreren nachfragen und am ärgerlichsten war dass er den falschen Parkstellenplatz beschrieben hat was direkt zu Konflikt mit den Nachbarn führte. The broker was very unprofessional, especially after receiving the brokerage commission, and he stopped doing his job. You only got missing keys after several questions and the most annoying thing was that he described the wrong parking space, which led directly to conflict with the neighbors.

Sehr seriöser, junger Makler der seinen Job sehr ernst nimmt. Im Sommer werden wir mit Ihm unser Haus verkaufen und ein Update zu dieser Bewertung bringen. Wir sind uns sicher den richtigen Makler gefunden zu haben und bedanken uns für die tolle Beratung, das lange Gespräch und die Geduld. Our broker in Schärding has given us perfect advice. Und wo finde ich etwas Positives?Leider muss ich mindestens 1 Stern hergeben - An Infomaterial vom Makler bekamen wir nicht mehr als ohnehin schon in der Willhaben-Anzeige stand. Abgesehen von der Verzichtserklärung war nichts neues dabei. - Bei Fragen an den Makler war E-Mail die bessere Wahl, da eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit eher nicht möglich war. Bei Rückfrage im Büro wann mit einem Rückruf zu rechnen sei, bekam man als Antwort: Der Makler wird sich schon melden. Einen Rückruf erhielt ich zufällig, da sich der Makler verwählt hatte. - Unterschiedliche m² Preise vom Makler und vom Büro. - Auf die Frage ob es ein Bodengutachten gibt, kriegt man als Antwort dass die Grundstücke lastenfrei wären. - Freund des eigenen Geldes dürfte der Makler auch nicht sein. Nach Interessenbekundung für 2 der 3 Grundstücke wurde vereinbart dass wir erst eine Grabung bezüglich Bodenqualität durchführen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde ohne jegliche Info eines der Grundstücke verkauft. Danke für die dadurch entstanden Kosten. Der Makler schaffte es auch nach mehrmaligem E-Mail Verkehr nicht die Anreden korrekt abzuschreiben und machte aus uns eine Ehepaar :-) Where do I start And where can I find something positive? Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star - We did not get more information material from the broker than was already stated in the Willhaben advertisement. Apart from the waiver there was nothing new. - For questions to the broker, e-mail was the better choice, as it was not possible to be reached by telephone. When asked in the office when to expect a call back, the answer was: The broker will be in touch. I received a callback by chance because the agent had made the wrong number. - Different m² prices from the agent and the office. - When asked whether there is a soil appraisal, the answer is that the land is unencumbered. - The broker should not be a friend of his own money either. After expressing interest for 2 of the 3 plots, it was agreed that we would first carry out an excavation regarding soil quality. In the meantime one of the lots was sold without any information. Thanks for the costs incurred. Even after repeated e-mails, the broker was unable to correctly copy the salutations and turned us into a married couple :-)
