Auf meine Anfrage per Email vor 4 Arbeitstagen hiess es, es werde voraussichtlich Heute noch verschickt... bin mal auf den Rest des Services gespannt. Wenn es so weiter geht, war es das! Very long processing times, have been waiting 9 working days and my order has not yet been processed. According to 3djake, all items are in stock. When I asked by email 4 working days ago, it said that it would probably be sent today ... I'm excited about the rest of the service. If it continues like this, that is it!

Versand hat 2 Wochen gedauert und auch der Support hat sich erst nach einer schlechten Bewertung genötigt gefühlt auf meine Anfragen zu antworten. Large selection and fair prices. Shipping took 2 weeks and the support only felt compelled to answer my inquiries after a bad rating.

Ich habe sogar eine Rücksendeplakette für den kostenlosen Rückversand zugesendet bekommen. Kein Zetern, kein Murren - absolutes Entgegenkommen. Toller Service. Und den Webshop finde ich auch sehr gut. Auch die Filamentbeschreibungen passen gut zu den Produkten (auch immer mit Datenblatt). Übersichtlich gestaltet und gutes Sortiment. Top! After a wrong order, which only noticed after 2 months, I was allowed to return the item without any problems. I even received a return label for free returns. No moaning, no grumbling - absolute accommodating. Great service. And I also think the webshop is very good. The filament descriptions also go well with the products (always with a data sheet). Clearly designed and good range.

Alles was man sich von einem modernen Händler wünscht. Very good partner when it comes to 3D printing 3D Jake is not bad at the prices offered. The delivery is well packaged very quickly. Everything you could want from a modern retailer.

B	Business Athlet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klassischer Lieferbetrug - Artikel werden auf Lager angezeigt und nach der Bestellung kommt eine Mail das doch nicht alles auf Lager war. 17 Tage statt 3 Tage Lieferzeit aber Geld ist sofort abgebucht. Um Stornierung gebeten aber das wird einfach ignoriert. Verstehe teilweise das man heutzutage versucht die Lagerkosten so gering wie möglich zu halten, aber dann muss man auch so fair sein und dem Kunden von vornherein die korrekten Lieferzeiten angeben. Lieferung und Bestellung bei „3djake.ch“ - das erste und letzte Mal wenn ich mir die anderen Rezensionen bei deren Träger niceshops (gleiche Adresse) so durchlese. Classic delivery fraud - items are displayed in stock and after ordering an email comes that not everything was in stock. 17 days instead of 3 days delivery time but money is debited immediately. Asked to cancel but it is simply ignored. I partly understand that nowadays one tries to keep the storage costs as low as possible, but then one also has to be fair and give the customer the correct delivery times from the outset. Delivery and order from “3djake.ch” - the first and last time when I read through the other reviews from their owners niceshops (same address).

Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen! Great shop! An ender 2 pro orders within 5 days! Unfortunately, the part cooling was then broken, it was sent under warranty. I will definitely order here more often!

They have a great variety of machines equipment and consumables for 3d printing. Their own brand consumables are of great value. Payment and shipping was flawless, and there was no instance of something being labeled available and than not being available after ordering. Packaging is an other example of attention to detail and being as environmentally friendly as possible. The box they ship in looks great and they do use paper tapes instead of plastic ones. As for customer service i have no other experience than they do communicate flawlessly with my own language which is a nice point to detail, i would be perfectly okay with englis but it's a nice touch. Overall i really like the service they offer with a really professional look and attitude. Quality really shows in small things.
