We asked for a tap water -- I got it, but my friend didn't (she got mineral water instead).
We asked to bring a tap water instead, but the waitress declined explaining:
I've got the water because it accompanies the tea I ordered,
but my friend didn't order the tea, so will not get the water.
WTF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant / inn with a strange outside area (glass over an old & defunct passage) that offers nothing really remarkable. Schnitzel is ok, but nothing special. The option to choose from different breadings is a nice touch but offers little for taste. Vegetarian / vegan options are also quite scarce. If one is looking for a quick snack break, this one is for you. All the others better chose a better option in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a classic in the University district. Typical austrian decoration and typical austrian food. The portions are big but the quality is quite low. Bread for the sandwiches is often too dry and the fried food (snitzel, cordon bleu, etc.) is below average. Prices are okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is excellent and friendly, but too many guests for one waitresses. She was running from table to table running like crazy and despite her best attempts we still had to wait 10-15 minutes before we could order. I’ve had Wiener schnitzel with fries for lunch. I got ketchup instead of what traditionally I would expect Preislbeeren. Meal was fine but nothing special. Prices are way to expensive for the quality, amount and waiting time.
