Das Holen des Ersatzzylinders dauert 1,5 Stunden, da in der Zentrale angeblich keiner lagernd ist. Kosten für den Ersatzzylinder(kein sicherheitsschloss!) 150.- euro. Gesamtkosten über 400.- euro. Keine bankomatkassa, wie auf der website beschrieben. NICHT weiterzuempfehlen! Not on time. No replacement cylinder with me, although I requested it by phone when I made an appointment. Fetching the replacement cylinder takes 1.5 hours, as there is supposedly none in stock at the head office. Costs for the replacement cylinder (no security lock!) 150 euros. Total costs over 400 euros. No ATM as described on the website. NOT to be recommended!

Alles äußerst unkompliziert, Sichtung eines Ausweises zur nachträglichen Legitimation, noch schnell Geld am Automaten holen. Alles kein Problem. Hoffe das ich diesen Service so schnell nicht mehr benötige wenn doch aber jederzeit wieder hier und ich werde diesen schlusseldienst auch allen Freunden empfehlen. Competent, reasonably priced, quickly on site, what more could you want;) After another locksmith who wanted to be on site in 20 minutes was still not here after 1:45 a.m., a request was made here and after 20 minutes the door was already open. Everything is extremely uncomplicated, viewing an ID card for subsequent legitimation, and quickly getting money from the machine. No problem. Bei mir hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und kann den Aufsperrdienst wirklich empfehlen. Info: Die Hausüre war zugesperrt und wurde ohne Beschägiung aufgesperrt. Klare Empehlung für diese Firma in dieser verrufenen Branche. This company was recommended to me by a friend. After the individual reviews here, I was skeptical at first. Everything went smoothly for me and I can really recommend the unlocking service. Info: The front door was locked and was unlocked without being barricaded. Clear recommendation for this company in this disreputable industry.

R	Robert Miskovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich und meine Frau waren auf Urlaub, und beauftragten meine Mutter unsere Katze zu füttern etc. Leider hat sie sich ausgesperrt, und über die Versicherung wurde Ihr dann der 1A Aufsperrservice geschickt. Laut meiner Mutter, war der Herr schon beim begrüßen gestresst. Nach ca. 15 Minuten vergeblichen aufsperrversuchen meinte er dass nur das aufbohren des Schlosses weiterhilft. Meine Mutter fragte nach was ein neues Schloss kosten würde - er sagte zu ihr ca 70€. Das wäre auch in Ordnung gewesen, jedoch brachte er trotz aufbohren und dadurch kapput machen des Schlosses, die Tür nicht auf!! Danach meinte er, er hätte sehr viel Stress, sie soll einen anderen Schlüsseldienst rufen, und ist gegangen! Gesagt getan! Der zweite Schlüsseldienst hat laut ihr nur wenige Minuten gebraucht um die Tür(ohne weiterzubohren) aufzubringen. Der hat dann auch meiner Mutter gesagt dass ein neues Schloss ca 400€ kostet, da es sich um ein Zentralschloss handelt und dass es nicht nötig war aufzubohren! Fazit: -Schloss unnötig zerstört! -sagte falschen Preis bezüglich des Schlosses! -Tür nicht aufgebracht! Vielleicht ist das ein neuer Mitarbeiter gewesen oder sonst etwas, da es anscheinend viele Leute gibt die mit dem Service zufrieden sind, aber ich kann das leider nicht behaupten! Me and my wife were on vacation and asked my mother to feed our cat etc. Unfortunately, she locked herself out, and the insurance company then sent the 1A unlocking service to her. According to my mother, the gentleman was already stressed when I greeted them. After about 15 minutes of unsuccessful unlocking attempts, he said that only drilling open the lock would help. My mother asked what a new lock would cost - he said about 70 € to her. That would have been okay, but despite drilling open and thereby breaking the lock, he did not open the door !! Then he said he was very stressed, she should call another locksmith and left! Said and done! According to her, the second locksmith only needed a few minutes to open the door (without drilling any further). He then also told my mother that a new lock would cost around € 400 because it is a central lock and that it was not necessary to drill it open! Conclusion: -Castle unnecessarily destroyed! -said wrong price regarding the lock! -Door not upset! Maybe it was a new employee or something, as there are apparently many people who are satisfied with the service, but unfortunately I can't say that!
