★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Trauringlounge in Linz ist wirklich einmalig - im positiven Sinne. Wir hatten keinen Termin und es waren sehr viele Kunden da. Dennoch wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Frau Schaffrath hat es phantastisch hinbekommen, uns in Ruhe Muster ansehen zu lassen - während sie die anderen Kunden fertig bediente.
Dann wurden wir ausgiebig zu Form, Material, Gravur etc. beraten. Alle Fragen wurden sehr kompetent beantwortet. Man hat überhaupt nicht das Gefühl, zu irgendeinem hochpreisigen Produkt gedrängt zu werden - man fühlt sich zu jeder Zeit wertgeschätzt.
Die angegebene Lieferzeit wird genau eingehalten, man wird wieder persönlich angerufen und auch die Abholung ist sehr freundlich und man nimmt sich wieder Zeit.
Wir können die Trauringlounge - insbesondere Frau Schaffrath seeeeehr empfehlen!
The wedding ring lounge in Linz is really unique - in a positive sense. We didn't have an appointment and there were a lot of customers there. Nevertheless, we were greeted warmly. Ms. Schaffrath did a fantastic job of letting us look at samples in peace - while she finished serving the other customers.
Then we were extensively advised on the shape, material, engraving, etc. All questions were answered very competently. You don't have the feeling of being pushed into any high-priced product at all - you always feel valued.
The specified delivery time is adhered to exactly, you will be called personally again and the pickup is also very friendly and you take your time again.
We can recommend the wedding ring lounge - especially Mrs. Schaffrath!
