Wenn man auf Elfen, Drachen, Wölfe und Vampire abfährt ist das hier genau der richtige Laden für euch. Hier gibt es von Statuen bis zu T-Shirts alles (Polster, Traumfänger, Schmuck, usw. ....). Meine Freunde haben mir diesen Laden gezeigt, aber leider genau zu der Zeit wo ich kein Geld hatte, sonst wäre ich ganz sicher nicht mit leeren Händen raus gegangen. Super great shop and a very nice, helpful courteous lady. If you like elves, dragons, wolves and vampires, this is the place for you. There is everything from statues to T-shirts (upholstery, dream catcher, jewelry, etc. ...). My friends showed me this shop, but unfortunately exactly at the time when I had no money, otherwise I would certainly not have gone out empty-handed.

Die Reklamation seitens der Besitzerin wurde nicht angenommen, da der Ring "komplett verbogen ist" und deshalb der Steineverlust. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung ist hier anscheinend nicht vorhanden. Antwort von der Inhaberin kann unten nachgelesen werden. Wie man auf dem angehängten Foto sehen kann, so schaut der "verbogene Ring" aus. Innerhalb der ersten 6 Monaten ist der Verkäufer gesetzlich verpflichtet zu beweisen, dass der Mangel beim Kauf nicht vorhanden war (d.h. es lag nicht an Kleber). Der Käufer hat in erster Linie das Recht entweder auf Reparatur oder Umtausch (das wurde mir nicht angeboten), und in zweiter Linie auf Preisückerstattung oder Preisminderung (das Letze nur wenn Käufer damit einverstanden ist). Da ist keine Preisminderung auf Kulanz notwendig, sondern die Beachtung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen. Wir werden dieses Geschäft auf jeden Fall meiden. I bought a silver ring with stones glued on here a month ago. All fell off within 2 weeks. The complaint from the owner was not accepted because the ring is "completely bent" and therefore the stone was lost. The statutory guarantee does not seem to exist here. The owner's answer can be found below. As you can see on the attached photo, this is what the "bent ring" looks like. Within the first 6 months, the seller is legally obliged to prove that the defect did not exist at the time of purchase (i.e. it was not due to glue). The buyer has first and foremost the right to either repair or exchange (I was not offered this), and secondly to a refund or price reduction (the last only if the buyer agrees). There is no need to reduce the price as a gesture of goodwill, but compliance with statutory provisions. We will definitely avoid this business.
