Warte seid 3 monate auf meinen Tank mir wurde am Telefon immer Gsagt war bei der Freitagslieferung nicht dabei kommt am Montag ich versuchte es immer wieder ja deine Lieferung ist ist da alles bereitgestellt Ich fahre mit meinen Pkw und Anhänger hin 200km eine Strecke dan wurde mir Gsagt nur der Domschacht wurde mir nicht geliefert !! Was soll das dann brauchte ich nicht abfahren um ihn zu holen !!! Wird kostenlos nachgeliefert !! Als ich nach 10 Maligen nachrufen wegen den Domschacht wurde er 7 Wochen nachher geliefert doch er ist der falsche Die zuständige Person ist nicht mehr ereichbar Ich bin Stink Sauer Insgesammt wurde der Bagger etliche Tage und Stunden um sonst bezahlt kosten di ich selber übernehmen muss Meide diese Firma die Speidl Werksvertrettung gehört abgenommen bei so einer Firma Nie wieder bereue es bei dieser Firma eingekauft zu haben On the subject of Speidl dealership. Auch die anderen Kunden konnten da nur schmunzeln und etwas dabei lachen. Und all das obwohl 4x Angestellte vor Ort waren. Die Produktauswahl und die Beratung ist gut. Aber man ist nicht gekommen um 1std zu warten nur weil man 1x Produkt kaufen will...ich mein, wollen die kein Geld verdienen? Nice people but extremely disorganized. 3 customers were in front of me and I had to wait 1 hour for my turn. The other customers could only smile and laugh a little. And all that although there were 4 employees on site. The product selection and the advice is good. But you didn't come to wait for the first time just because you want to buy 1x product ... Bei der Warenausgabe im Lager wurde als erster draufgekommen, dass die Größe der Stöpseln bei den bereits bezahlten Flaschen falsch ist und als ich bei der Warenausgabe auf meine Produkte wartete, sagte der Herr einfach zu mir: "Kannst eh mitgehen, steh ned herum, wie a Hund." !!!!! Von Maskenpflicht wird in Coronazeiten in diesem Betrieb anscheinend ebenso nichts gehalten. Ich komme NIE wieder, trotz guter Auswahl an Produkten. My visit to the cider shop was an absolute cheek. The staff is disorganized in the Shop both in the warehouse and among each other. When the goods were handed out in the warehouse, it was first discovered that the size of the stopper on the bottles that had already been paid for was wrong and when I was waiting for my products to be delivered, the gentleman simply said to me: "You can go with me anyway, don't stand around, how a dog. " !!!!! Apparently, there is no mask requirement in this company in Corona times. I will NEVER be back, despite a good selection of products.
