das Fleisch war sehr hell, zu wenig angebraten, aber der Grill war auf maximaler Stufe, so dass es gereicht hat dass sich das runtergeschnittene Fleisch nur einmal kurz vorbeigedreht hat. geschmeckt hat es gut, guter Durschnittsspieß. nicht zu trocken, nicht zu fettig, guter Hühnergeschmack, würde ich auch alleine ohne Beilagen essen. habe den Döner so bestellt "wie es am besten schmeckt". die Sauce war eine Art Curry-Remoulade. ich mag sowas normalerweise nicht im Döner, aber hier war sie nur oben drauf, also bei den ersten Bissen, und ich muss gestehen sie war verdammt gut.
auch das Rot- und Weisskraut war genau richtig mariniert.
freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberes Geschäft, viele Kunden.
Fazit: das Gesamtpaket hat wirklich positiv überrascht! es hat einfach geschmeckt und ich würde mir sofort wieder so einen Döner gönnen!
3 euros for chicken kebab, soft bread, normal portion.
the meat was very light-colored, not seared enough, but the grill was on the maximum level, so that it was enough that the cut-down meat only turned around once. It tasted good, good average skewer. not too dry, not too greasy, good chicken taste, I would eat it alone without side dishes. I ordered the doner kebab "the way it tastes best". the sauce was a kind of curry tartar sauce. I don't usually like that in kebab, but here it was only on top, so for the first bite, and I have to admit it was damn good.
The red and white cabbage was also marinated just right.
friendly staff, clean business, lots of customers.
Conclusion: the overall package was really a positive surprise! it just tasted good and I would treat myself to such a kebab again in a heartbeat!
