Pedevilla sicherte mir zu, dass ich in den nächsten Tagen gleich von ihm hören werde. Nach zwei Wochen fragte ich mal nach was los sei, ich wurde informiert er befände sich gerade in Wien bei einer Fortbildung und meldet sich umgehend, sobald er wieder in Tirol ist. Leider ist das nicht passiert, worauf ich nach weiteren ca. 3 Wochen in nochmal kontaktiert habe. Mir wurde von Hr. Pedevilla persönlich zugesichert, dass er sich am nächsten Tag bei mir melden werde. Jetzt wiederum 4-6 Wochen später habe ich immer noch nichts von ihm gehört. Leider sieht eine Kundenbetreuung in meinen Augen anders aus, wenn man den Abschluss bzw. die Arbeit nicht machen will/kann sollte man des dem Kunden sagen und es nicht auf die lange Bank schieben. Naja, deshalb meine schlechte Bewertung! Ich habe mit diesem Unternehmen abgeschlossen. I had an appointment with the managing director for various matters that I would like to hand over to this law firm. Mr. Pedevilla assured me that I would hear from him in the next few days. After two weeks I asked what was going on, I was informed that he was currently in Vienna for further training and would be in touch as soon as he was back in Tyrol. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, which I contacted again after another 3 weeks. I was informed by Mr. Pedevilla personally assured that he would contact me the next day. Now again 4-6 weeks later, I still haven't heard from him. Unfortunately, a customer service looks different in my eyes, if you don't want to / can't do the degree or the job you should tell the customer and not put it off. Well, that's why my bad rating! I have concluded with this company.
