★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor fast schon 2 Wochen etwas bei Wildstueck online bestellt und bezahlt, habe jedoch ausser der Rechnung nichts erhalten.
Die Firma hat scheinbar kein Telefon, ist nur per E-mail zu erreichen und antwortet nicht auf Rückfragen. Bin wohl vermutlich auf ein Fake reingefallen.
Nachtrag: letztendlich kam die Sendung dann doch zum Postamt nur musste die Abholung organisiert werden - eine kurze Mitteilung wäre das Mindeste gewesen darum jetzt 2 Sterne.
Zweiter Nachtrag: mittlererweile kam sogar eine Antwort auf meine 5 mails, darum jetzt 3 Sterne...ihr macht euch langsam aber es ist immer noch Luft nach oben ?
Almost 2 weeks ago I ordered and paid for something online from Wildstueck, but I received nothing except the invoice.
The company does not seem to have a phone, can only be reached by e-mail and does not answer questions. Probably fell for a fake.
Addendum: in the end, the shipment came to the post office, only the pick-up had to be organized - a short message would have been the least, so now 2 stars.
Second addendum: In the meantime, there was even an answer to my 5 mails, so now 3 stars ... you are making yourself slow but there is still room for improvement ?
