C	Christoph Sebek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns wurde VITURA weiter empfohlen, daher haben wir beschlossen, April/Mai 2019 ein Probetraining zu absolvieren und waren von Beginn an begeistert. Ein wirklich tolles, kleines Team an SportWISSENSCHAFTERInnen, welche nicht nur sämtliche Übungen fachkundig erklären beziehungsweise auch die Funktion derer auf die Muskeln im Körper Bezug nehmen. Meine Frau und ich trainieren mit Elisabeth und wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Bei jeder Einheit gibt es immer neue Übungen oder Abläufe, es wird einem nie fad, die Stunde verfliegt wie im Flug, ständig wird man neu gepushed, allerdings wird auch auf die eigenen Grenzen Rücksicht genommen, falls es einmal mental oder physisch dann nicht mehr gehen sollte. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn man sich etwas Gutes tun möchte, nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch geistig, denn hier ist man zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben, diesen Luxus eines Personal Coaches gönnen wir uns sehr und immer wieder sehr gerne. Bitte weiter so liebes Vitura Team! #Gemma VITURA was recommended to us, so we decided to do a trial training in April / May 2019 and were thrilled from the start. A really great, small team of sports SCIENTISTS, who not only explain all the exercises professionally, but also refer to the function of the muscles in the body. My wife and I train with Elisabeth and we are really very satisfied. With each unit there are always new exercises or procedures, it never gets boring, the hour flies by in a flash, you are constantly being pushed, but you also have to take your own limits into account if it is mentally or physically no longer possible should. We can definitely recommend it if you want to do something good, not only physically, but also mentally, because here you are in good hands at all times, we treat ourselves to this luxury of a personal coach very much and again and again very much. Zentral gelegen, kompetent beraten, motiviert und perfekt gecoacht, ein besonders nettes und freundliches Team, was will man mehr. Ich werde nunmehr bereits eineinhalb Jahre von Philip Regensfelder hervorragend betreut und dachte nicht, dass man als über 60-Jähriger noch so gewaltige Fortschritte machen kann. Centrally located, competently advised, motivated and perfectly coached, a particularly nice and friendly team, what more could you ask for. The gym itself is almost a private gym. There are never more than 3 trainers on the floor with their trainees. The place is spotlessly clean and a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend Vitura and hope to return one day!
