Ich wollte von Anfang an ein sehr natürlichen Make-up, da ich mich privat so gut wie nicht schminke. Biggi ist auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Obwohl es an diesem Tag sowohl Regen, als auch zahlreiche Tränen gab, so war mein Make-up auch nach über 16 Stunden einfach perfekt. Ich kann sie jeder Braut nur weiterempfehlen. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Partner Daniel Waschnig Photography sind sie das perfekte Team, um eine wunderschöne Hochzeit perfekt und unvergesslich zu machen! Unbedingt buchen, wenn ihr einfach nur zauberhaft aussehen möchtet! Biggi is an insanely talented make-up artist. I was fortunate enough to have her put on make-up on my wedding day and was simply thrilled. I wanted a very natural make-up from the beginning, as I do not make up my face in private life. Biggi has responded to my every request and has exceeded my expectations. Although there were both rain and many tears that day, my make-up was perfect even after over 16 hours. I can only recommend it to any bride. Together with their partner Daniel Waschnig Photography they are the perfect team to make a beautiful wedding perfect and unforgettable! Absolutely book, if you just want to look magical!

Ich habe für meine Frau etwas besonderes organisieren wollen um ihr eine Freude zu bereiten. Frau Morri hat mich ausgezeichnet beraten, selten so eine kompetente liebenswerte Person kennengelernt. Ich hatte es zuvor bei anderen Visagistinnen aus Kärnten probiert, niemand konnte mich über die Inhaltsstoffe aufklären und ich hatte auch nicht das Gefühl das sie an einem Gespräch interessiert waren, nur am Verkauf. Der Qualitätsunterschied ist enorm, man merkt die internationale Erfahrung macht viel aus. Everything worked great, arrived beautifully packaged! Thanks for the excellent advice! I wanted to organize something special for my wife to make her happy. Ms. Morri gave me excellent advice, rarely met such a competent, lovable person. I had previously tried it with other make-up artists from Carinthia, no one could explain the ingredients to me and I didn't have the feeling that they were interested in a conversation, only in sales. The difference in quality is enormous, you can tell the international experience makes a big difference.

Sie sagte mir, der gewünschte Termin seie noch frei und sie werde mir ein Angebot per Mail schicken. Dieses ist (zwar jetzt noch nicht so schlimm) aber 1 1/2 Tage später eingetroffen. Da für mich noch ein paar Fragen offen geblieben sind, wollte ich mit ihr übers Telefon diese besprechen. Frau Morri war aber weder telefonisch erreichbar, noch hat sie sich auf meine WhatsApp-Nachricht (in der ich sie gebeten haben, mich zurückzurufen) reagiert. Nach 2 vollen weiteren Werktagen rief sie mich abends an. für mich hat sie daher kein gutes Gefühl an Verlässlichkeit vermittelt und habe mich daher für eine andere Visagistin entschieden. I also wanted to get Mrs. Morri involved for my wedding day and so I came to talk to her on the phone. She told me that the desired date was still free and that she would send me an offer by email. This arrived (not so bad now) but 1 1/2 days later. Since there were still a few questions left for me, I wanted to discuss these with her over the phone. However, Ms. Morri was neither available by telephone nor did she respond to my WhatsApp message (in which I asked her to call me back). After 2 full working days, she called me in the evening. for me, therefore, she did not convey a good feeling of reliability and therefore decided on another make-up artist.

She came to our castle hotel in Velden especially when she came to us! Not only was the makeup breathtakingly beautiful, the hair looked stunning too. Der Kontakt mit ihr war von Anfang an etwas schwierig, da ich ständig lange auf eine Antwort warten musste. Beim Probetermin lernte ich Birgit als sehr freundlichen Menschen kennen, war sehr mit ihrer Arbeit zufrieden und freute mich schon auf unseren Tag. Leider wurde ich dann enttäuscht...Einen Tag vor der Hochzeit sagte sie mir dann aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ab, obwohl ich sie Anfang der Woche noch mal kontaktierte und bis zu meinem Anruf am Freitag keine Rückmeldung von ihr kam. Sie kümmerte sich zwar um einen Ersatz, der ich unendlich dankbar bin, so kurzfristig noch Zeit für mich gehabt zu haben, aber wie sie es organisiert hat, war absolut nicht ok und kann ich nicht tolerieren. Finde sie sehr unzuverlässig und das kann man an seinem großen Tag wirklich nicht gebrauchen. Had Birgit makeup and hair planned for our wedding. The contact with her was a bit difficult from the beginning because I had to wait a long time for an answer. At the trial date I met Birgit as a very friendly person, was very satisfied with her work and was already looking forward to our day. Unfortunately, I was disappointed then ... One day before the wedding, she refused me for health reasons, although I contacted her again earlier this week and came to my call on Friday, no feedback from her. She did care for a replacement, whom I am immensely grateful to have had time for on such short notice, but how she organized it was not at all ok and I can not tolerate it. Find them very unreliable and you really can not use that on your big day.
