Meine Rückfrage wurde prompt, umfänglich und freundlich beantwortet.
Nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung wurde der Versand sehr schnell und gut abgewickelt.
Die Laufräder waren sehr günstig, am Zustand und der Versandverpackung gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über eBay Kleinanzeigen bin ich über den Shop gestolpert. Dort war der Erstkontakt sehr freundlich und im Anschluss direkt im Onlineshop zu einem sehr guten Preis einen Carbon Lenker von Zipp bestellt. Ich werde den Shop in Zukunft im Auge behalten.
Ach ja, Lieferung war von Österreich nach Deutschland auch prompt. Dienstag Abend bestellt, Versand direkt am Folgetag und am Freitag die Ware gut verpackt erhalten.
I stumbled across the shop via eBay classifieds. The initial contact there was very friendly and we then ordered a Zipp carbon handlebar directly from the online shop at a very good price. I will keep an eye on the shop in the future.
Oh yes, delivery from Austria to Germany was also prompt. Ordered on Tuesday evening, dispatched the next day and received the goods well packaged on Friday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ein tolles Felt Cyclocrosser gefunden und direkt bestellt. Nach kurzer Lieferzeit und einem sehr freundlichen Speditionsdienst (Bike kommt sehr gut verpackt) konnte ich das Bike direkt fahren.
Insgesamt war und bin ich total zufrieden mit Used-Elitebikes und würde öfter vorbeischauen wenn die Entfernung nicht so weit wäre. Aber dafür gibt es ja den Online-Shop. ?
Found a great Felt Cyclocrosser online and ordered it directly. After a short delivery time and a very friendly forwarding service (bike comes very well packaged), I was able to ride the bike straight away.
All in all, I was and am totally satisfied with Used-Elitebikes and would stop by more often if it wasn't so far away. But that's what the online shop is for. ?
