Eine Lieferung wurde zwischen 12 und 16 Uhr versprochen. Bis 16 Uhr habe ich keinen (versprochenen) Anruf erhalten. Erst nachdem ich wütend bei der Zentrale angerufen habe, erhielt ich den Anruf mit der Information, dass sie wohl erst zwischen 16.45 und 17.00 Uhr kommen werden.
Das ist Hausarrest für Erwachsene, für den ich sogar selber zahle! Das ist eine Frechheit!!! Ich möchte mein Geld zurück!
