★ ★ ★ ★ ★ your freaking website is not working properly. How can anyone at all order something? Also it was asking me for the country of my Visa receipts but there is no field to select it, but wont let me continue....me and my gf tried it....sorry. Never will order anything there for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should never be an option for a business to provide service to customers without an option to speak to customer service. I waited for 2 hours for an order and was unable to cancel or get a refund while I was waiting. I was told by the chat representative that their system was down. When I escalated the request, I was told that there was nothing that they could do. We had already eaten when the food arrived and had to pay for food that we couldn't eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It happened more than once for their deliverymen (young migrants) to be extremely rude and badly educated - I guess this shows the limits of equal opportunities as a personnel selection practice. Also, the food simply arrives cold, which is probably not by design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food delivery customer service so far in Vienna. They completely ignored the fact, that listed (prolly promotioned) cafe „power box Vienna“ sent me burnt pancakes and refused to place the refund! „Redo“ from UberEATS has lack of proper communication with customers. Won’t purchase anything from them anytime soon.
UPD. Thanks for Ewelina from UberEATS for sorting it out. She has placed the refund for the burnt puncakes.
I have changed my rating from 1 to 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent £48 on 4 deserts, dunno what happened in between from when it left the vendor until it reached me, but I received 4 packages in which it looked like toilet in a box. Poor customer service, and no refund!!
