A	Angelika Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mit meiner Katze dort. Diese erbrach die letzten Tage weswegen ich mir natürlich Sorgen machte. Bevor ich hinfuhr erwähnte ich extra am Handy dass meine Katze unfassbare Angst vorm Tierarzt hat und sehr aggressiv wird. Dort angekommen schaffte er es natürlich nicht alleine mit ihr umzugehen und verlangte das ich eingreife, obwohl mir von anderen Tierärzten gesagt wurde man solle sich in dieser Situation nicht einmischen. Am Ende gingen wir ohne Untersuchung nach Hause und ich durfte mir die Schuld dafür geben lassen, obwohl ich extra erwähnte dass sie schwieriger ist. Schön in der Kälte hin und hergefahren für nichts. Unverschämt und enttäuschend. Was there with my cat. This vomited the last days which made me of course worried. Before I drove up I mentioned extra on the phone that my cat has terrible fear of the vet and is very aggressive. Once there, he did not manage to deal with her alone and demanded that I intervene, although I was told by other veterinarians one should not interfere in this situation. In the end, we went home without an investigation and I was allowed to blame myself, although I mentioned that it is more difficult. Beautiful in the cold and back for nothing. Outrageous and disappointing.

Herr Dr. Schwarz war sehr einfühlsam und wir konnten uns in aller Ruhe von ihr verabschieden. Sie wird immer in unserem Herzen sein. Wir können Hr. Dr. Schwarz nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für die jahrelange gute Betreuung. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat today. Dr. Black was very sensitive and we could say goodbye to her in peace. It will always be in our hearts. We can Mr. Dr. Black only recommend. Thanks for the years of good care.
A	Anita A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte null Sterne geben weil der Tierarzt so schlecht ist und Unhöflich noch dazu ,nimmt Besitzer nicht ernst und legt einfach auf mitten im Gespräch mit Aussage rufen Sie doch am Montag zurück ,das ist für mich kein Notfall .(wo es aber ein Notfall war) Gott sei Dank existieren andere Tierärzte die Ihren Job ernst nehmen und helfen !!!! I wanted to give zero stars because the vet is so bad and rude too, doesn't take the owner seriously and just hangs up in the middle of the conversation with a statement, call back on Monday, that's not an emergency for me (but where it was an emergency ) Thank god there are other vets who take their job seriously and help !!!!

Er ist kompetent, will einem nichts einreden, findest eine Lösung falls man in momentane Zahlungs Schwierigkeiten hat und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat eine ruhige Ausstrahlung welche auf Tier und Besitzer beruhigen wirkt. Unser Hund geht seit wir aufgrund eines Umzuges Tierarzt wechselten, sogar gerne zum Tierarzt. Was damals eigentliche weniger der Fall war. Die Tiere fühlen sie wohl und man hat den Eindruck dass Sie den Tierarzt verstehen.Er ist meiner Meinung nach der Dr Doolittle Favoritens. Was ist ganz lieb finde ist daß zuerst immer der Patient begrüßt wird und dann das Herrchen bzw Frauchen. A veterinarian as one could wish for. He is competent, does not want to persuade you, finds a solution if you have current payment difficulties and is available at any time. He has a calm charisma which has a calming effect on the animal and owner. Our dog even likes to go to the vet since we moved to another vet. Which was actually less the case back then. They are comfortable with the animals and you get the impression that you understand the vet, he is the Dr Doolittle favorite in my opinion. What is very nice is that the patient is always greeted first and then the master or mistress.

Dr. Schwarz ist einfühlsam und tut nur das, was wirklich notwendig ist. Preise sind mehr als in Ordnung! Great vet! I have been there with my dog for years and have always been satisfied. No appointment is required and the waiting times are perfectly acceptable. Dr. Black is empathetic and only does what is really necessary. Prices are more than okay!

Mein Welpe, der eher ein ängstliches kleines Ding ist, war völlig ruhig während der Behandlung - ist wirklich sehr angenehm bei Herrn Schwarz. Mr. Schwarz is very friendly, calm and open to any questions. My puppy, who is more of a scared little thing, was completely calm during the treatment - is really very pleasant with Mr. Schwarz.
