Mit der Bitte die Lottoquittung mal zu überprüfen wird gleich der Gewin in neue Lottoacheine ausgestellt.
Man wird gar nicht mehr gefragt ob man neu spielen will.
Das ist jetzt das dritte mal dass das passiert.
Ganz schön frech was das an Kundenservice geboten wird.
Überprüfen heißt neu spielen, der Kunde muss gar nichts mehr sagen.
Werden auch bei einem Gewinn von 500 Euro gleich für 500 Euro neue Scheine ausgestellt?
Bin echt sauer!
