Ramen mit knuspriger Ente--> Suppe wenig geschmack, Ente war härter
Offene Küche, man sieht wie gearbeitet wird
 Maki set okay, normal quality; miso seafood ramen -> very good taste, variety seafood could be more, quantity fully okay;
Ramen with crispy duck -> soup little taste, duck was harder
Open kitchen, you can see how work is done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Sushi place, top quality and fairly priced. Cash and credit cards only - no debit cards! For the best value for money deal buy the "Anatol Schiff" (i.e. Anatol Shop) - it includes Nigri, inside-out Maki, Sashimi and a fish soup. They also have takeaway.
