★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endlich habe ich einen Lieferanten gefunden, der auch Eckmodule zu den Verblendermodellen anbietet. Ich habe meine Zaunsäulen verkleidet, ohne Eckmodule wäre dies nur teuer, schwer zu verarbeiten und keinesfalls schön. Vielen Dank!
I have finally found a supplier who also offers corner modules for the facing models. I covered my fence pillars, without corner modules this would only be expensive, difficult to work with and by no means beautiful. Thanks very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ich wollte Anfangs einen Verblender bestellen, der gar nicht für mein Vorhaben geeignet war zu einem höheren Preis, den ich später für die passenden, hitzebeständigen Verblender bezahlt habe. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich sehr gut beraten, das Material wird nun ewig halten und ist optisch sogar passender zu meinem Wohnzimmer. Danke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Verblendersteine bestellt und wollte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebraucht machen. Dieses Widerrufsrecht wollte man mir nicht einräumen.
Mein Email dazu:
Sehr geehrter Hr. Uram,
danke für Ihre Stellungnahme, die aber in keinster Weise den rechtlichen Grundlagen des Fernabsatzgesetzes, wie auch Ihren eigenen AGBs entspricht.
Berufend auf die geltenden rechtlichen Grundlagen werden wir an unserem Widerruf festhalten und die weitere Vorgehensweise abstimmen.
Es tut mir auch Leid, wenn es zu Kosten kommt.
Wir alle, die wir online verkaufen, haben das eine oder andere Mal das gleiche Dilemma. Nichts desto trotz müssen wir uns im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Grundlagen verhalten, denen wir natürlich unterliegen, wenn wir unsere Produkte online anbieten.

Folgende Rückmeldung habe ich dazu erhalten:
In Ordnung! Dann bitte ich Sie am Montag zu Ihrem Anwalt zu laufen.
Wir werden Ihnen dann auf Briefe antworten, ab hier habe ich jedoch keine weitere Zeit mehr zu verschwenden.
Wir sind nicht im Kindergarten um für eigene falsche Entscheidungen nicht aufrecht stehen zu können und andere dies ausbaden zu lassen.
Letztklassiges Verhalten wie dieses ist für mich zurecht inakzeptabel und wir werden alles in die Wege leiten um die Ware absolut nicht zurücknehmen zu müssen.
Eine andere Wortwahl fällt mir hierzu nicht mehr ein, versuchen Sie jemand anderen am Samstag Nachmittag zu verarschen.
Auch als Hobbyanwalt mit halbwegs rechtlichem Wissen ist es möglich ein bisschen Menschlichkeit zu zeigen und mal zu überlegen, was mit einer schnellen Stornierung anstellen kann.

I ordered facing bricks and wanted to make use of my right of withdrawal. They did not want to grant me this right of withdrawal.
My email about it:
Dear Mr. uram,
Thank you for your opinion, which in no way corresponds to the legal basis of the Distance Selling Act or your own terms and conditions.
Based on the applicable legal basis, we will adhere to our revocation and coordinate the further course of action.
I'm also sorry if it comes at a cost.
All of us who sell online face the same dilemma at one time or another. Nevertheless, we have to behave within the framework of the legal basis to which we are of course subject when we offer our products online.

We will then reply to letters, but I have no more time to waste from here.
We are not in kindergarten so that we cannot stand up for our own wrong decisions and let others take the blame.
First class behavior like this is rightly unacceptable to me and we will do everything we can to ensure that the goods are absolutely non-returnable.
I can't think of any other choice of words, try pranking someone else on Saturday afternoon.
Even as a hobby lawyer with halfway legal knowledge, it is possible to show a bit of humanity and to think about what can be done with a quick cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bereits aufgrund erheblicher Qualitätsprobleme bzw. Größenunterschiede eines anderen Herstellers meine Verblender nach langer Diskussion zurücksenden müssen. Hier habe ich 72m² bestellt, die Ware wurde 4 Tage später geliefert und ist einfach perfekt, obwohl ich weniger bezahlt habe als für den Naturstein im Baumarkt. Perfekt!
After a long discussion, I already had to send my bricks back due to significant quality problems or size differences from another manufacturer. Here I ordered 72m², the goods were delivered 4 days later and are just perfect, although I paid less than for the natural stone in the hardware store. Perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe über meinen Verein Rückwände mitbestellt. Erste Lieferung hat schon lange gedauert, aber die war dann auch noch völlig falsch (ich hatte die Wurzel-Optik bestellt 3x welche nicht dabei war). Umtausch-Prozess dauerte Monate, am Ende hatten sie die gewählten Rückwände nicht mehr, die laut Website immernoch angeboten werden. Sie waren am Ende Lösungsorientiert. Trotzdem für mich nie wieder.
I ordered back walls through my association. The first delivery took a long time, but it was also completely wrong (I had ordered the root optic 3x which was not included). The exchange process took months, in the end they no longer had the chosen backgrounds, which according to the website are still offered. They ended up being solution oriented. Still, never again for me.

I got it fairly quick, but the dammaged b6 the courier. As soon as i recieved it, i contact the company to report the dammage and to arrange a replacement.
2 months later still no replacement or refund.
I contacted the company many times, but all the time blaming the insurance company.
After more than 10 weeks of waiting for a replacement i asked for a full refund and I was offerd 50% on a product that was not fit for purpose.
In this case I was forced to file a complain to European Consumer Rights to seek for help.
As response from the company, i got something like: I do not have time to deal with you and I can do whatever I can, you like it or not. Next time do your shopping in Ireland not in Austria.
After more than 3 months of waiting and almost going to Europen Court, the company send me a replacement, not as described, but better than the last one.
AVOID this company with all cost. They have a lot learn in relation to customer service.
