Auf meine Anfrage was eine Kombibehandlung kostet wurde mir vom Seniorchef €800,00 am "Erste Hilfe Telefon "bestätigt auch auf meine Frage ob etwaige Nebenkosten oder Anfahrtsgebühren entstehen wurden diese verneint. Einen Kostenvoranschlag habe ich nie erhalten. Der Techniker war vorbildlich und hat den Auftrag bestens ausgeführt. Dieser teilte uns dann mit das es einen Aufschlag von 100% ( Samstag vormittag ) gibt und ich vor Ort Bar bezahlen muss, da ich keine Kreditkarte hatte. Der Techniker kam dann auf eine Gebühr von €2208 inkl. Mwst, wie er sich den ausgedacht hat, ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich habe die Firma daraufhin kontaktiert und man versprach mir dies zu prüfen. Nach endlich 2 Wochen erhielt ich dann eine Rechnung ( nach mehrmaligem telefonieren ) und man hat sich den Betrag durch eine Pauschalbehandlungsgebühr zurecht gebogen. Die Ausführung war sehr gut aber der Service am Kunden katastrophal !
Beware rip-off! On my request what a combined treatment costs was the senior manager € 800.00 on the "first aid phone" confirmed on my question whether any additional costs or approach fees incurred these were negated. I never received a quote. The technician was exemplary and did the job well. This then told us that there is a surcharge of 100% (Saturday morning) and I have to pay cash on the spot because I did not have a credit card. The technician then came for a fee of € 2208 including VAT, as he has come up with that is a mystery to me. I then contacted the company and they promised to check it out. After finally 2 weeks I received an invoice (after repeated telephone calls) and one bent the amount by a flat treatment fee. The execution was very good but the service at the customer catastrophic!

Und es wurden nur Ausreden gesucht.
Bei anderer Firma 400€ und TOP.
Keinen Stern eher 5 Sterne minus.
Bad mold control despite more than 2000 € mold again after 3 days.
And they were just looking for excuses.
With another company 400 € and TOP.
Not a star, rather 5 stars minus.
