★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boring as hell. Guide only talks 4 sentences about the actual mine and mining. The rest is walking from station to station where boring, not even video, but DIA SHOWS are shown and narrated. the pictures have very poor quality and are often blurry, the audio is well below anything that resembles adequate quality. Furthermore, these "clips" have NOTHING to with the mine and/or mining. way too long for such a boring experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice visit in the mountain, slide and train ride back. But too many and outdated diashows, movies which did not add much to the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience! The slide right at the beginning is very cool for kids, the following train ride is also pretty cool. For adults it's very interesting to hear and see how they actually mined lead from the mountain in variously times back in the days. It's quite cold down there - 8C° - so get a jacket and vest. We all enjoyed the tour and wouöd definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not kids and foreigners friendly (the tours are only in German language). Lots of videos during the tour very boring and scary for younger kids. The tour duration is hour and half, 30mins should be enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad! They Show at least 5 random videos, that make no sens and are sooo boring. The videos are made in the 80s with very bad sound and where never updated. The slide in the beginning is fun and the train is fun. But definitely not worth your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum is interesting place to visit, good option for kids. Tour guide speaks only Austrian, so for forain children it is hard to follow the explanation of the mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Carinthia, you shouln't miss it! It's age can be seen in some places, for example the upper museum doesn't offer a great experience, and the clothes they give you are clean, but small and shabby. BUT, you get to slide down into the mines, the tour is definiatelly interesting, and at the end you can go with the mining train. The lift back is as authentic as it could be, really cramped and old, but it has its own vibe, I liked it. A major downside is that the guide only speaks Austrian, so if you only know 'Hochdeutsch', it could be difficult to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first; if you don't speak German, do not visit the place. Everything is in German, the movies, everything. You don't even recieve a safety instructions in English.
The place starts with a cool slide, but the railings are old, and you can easily hurt yourself. Then the rest is just going through the mine, sometimes stopping for a boring German only video. Just a waste of time the whole thing, and it costs almost 20 EUR. Avoid it if you can.
