Als diese dann endlich bearbeitet wurde, ist die Lieferung immer weiter herausgeschoben worden. Wir haben uns dann sehr über unseren Liefertermin gefreut, welcher aber mit einer Enttäuschung endete: Die Ware kam nicht an!!! Nach Nachfragen wurde uns dann mittgeteilt das die Ware nicht lagernd ist (Obwohl uns gesagt wurde sie wäre es). 3 Monate nach der Bestellung!!! Kundenservice sehr unfreundlich und man wurde nur weitergeleitet. Kann auf jeden Fall von einem Einkauf abraten. Das war unser letztes Mal. Bin schon gespannt wann wir unsere Ware erhalten, wenn es so weiter geht, heuer nicht mehr ;) Totale Frechheit!!!! I would have expected more ... Auch der versprochene Rückruf hat nicht stattgefunden. Es saßen dort 5 Männer vor ihren Bildschirmen und gaben mir das Gefühl, dass sie eigentlich gar nicht nach einer Lösung suchen wollen. Schade, werde diese Firma sicher nicht weiterempfehlen ! Unfortunately, I have to say that I was very disappointed with the advice at the information desk regarding the search for furniture fittings.
