D	Daniel Klump on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I played over 15 escape rooms in different places and levels so far but unfortunately my experience with this provider was not good at all. Only 1 guy was available for the whole process and tried to provide “support” for all of the rooms at the same time. He was hopelessly over stressed, ran around anywhere and therefore he could not follow the process of the teams in the different rooms. We had to call him 5 times and waited for about 15 minutes before he was available and giving us a hint which was like: “what do you need...?”...”no it’s wrong, calculate again...”) So we ended up staying for 50 frustrating minutes in one place without having any red line. Maybe they had a bad day - but that was a waste of money. The room itself was ok- but compared to any other rooms I have played so far it was rather under average.
