S	Simi B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War bei der apotheke um ein rezept einzureichen. Ich hatte bereits einmal ein rezept eingereicht ohne probleme, habe 5,55 euro zugezahlt alles ok. Dann kam ich nochmals um ein anderes rezept einzureichen, da wollte er für das bereits eingereichte rezept mit warenübergabe eine sofortige zahlung von mir da ich angeblich nicht versichert sei. Er hat dann gewaltsam mein rezept in beschlag genommen und wollte es nicht wieder herausgeben. Ich bin natürlich zwischenstaatlich versichert als student. Es dauerte min. 15 minuten bis er endlich akzeptiert hat, dass ich versichert bin und sich eine auskunft geholt hat. Sowas geht echt gar nicht. Sowas ist kriminell. Was at the pharmacy to submit a prescription. I had already submitted a recipe without any problems, 5.55 euro added everything ok. Then I came again to submit another recipe, because he wanted for the already submitted recipe with handover an immediate payment from me since I was allegedly not insured. He violently seized my prescription and did not want to give it away again. Of course, I am an inter-state insured student. It took min. 15 minutes until he finally accepted that I am insured and got an information. Something is not really. Something is criminal.

Die Apotheke wird auch jetzt nach dem Eigentümerwechsel mit guter und freundlicher Beratung weitergeführt. Kompliment. The founder of the pharmacy - Mag. Hastaba - did a great job and really took his time. He knew more than doctors. The pharmacy is now continued after the change of ownership with good and friendly advice. Compliment.

Zuvorkommende Behandlung und egal wie viel los ist - es wird umgehend beraten und es wird nicht gestresst. Very friendly and competent team.
