Er ist unglaublich geduldig und weiß, wie man Menschen motiviert. Ich habe unglaublich viel aus dem Coaching mitnehmen können. Definitiv empfehlenswert. I had an hour of basic training with Ronny and was very enthusiastic. He is very competent, has good tips and tricks and never loses his sense of humor while coaching. He is incredibly patient and knows how to motivate people. I was able to take away an incredible amount from the coaching. Definitely recommendable.

Begeistert haben uns seine Freundlichkeit, seine ruhigen und klaren Ansagen, seine Feedbacks am Ende der Trainings und seine Kompetenz im Bikepark. Als Eltern hatten von Anfang an ein super Gefühl Ronny unseren 8-Jährigen Sohn anzuvertrauen. Und mal ganz nebenbei, haben die 3 Einzeltrainings und die Teilnahme beim saison-finalen "Rookies Kids Camp" in 2020, beim Sohn unglaubliche Fortschritte gezeigt! Er fährt sicherer und selbstbewusster und kann seine Fähigkeiten viel besser einschätzen, das führt dann natürlich auch zu mehr Spaß ... Wie gesagt, wir können Ronmanshow auf jeden Fall empfehlen und unser Sohn flippt immer aus, wenn er von uns oder den Großeltern ein Training mit Ronny gesponsort bekommt. Absolutely ALL thumbs up for Ronny as a MTB instructor! Ronny has a real talent in dealing with kids! We were enthusiastic about his friendliness, his calm and clear announcements, his feedback at the end of the training and his competence in the bike park. As parents, Ronny had a great feeling from the beginning of entrusting our 8-year-old son. And by the way, the 3 individual training sessions and participation in the season-final "Rookies Kids Camp" in 2020 have shown incredible progress for the son! He drives safer and more self-confident and can assess his abilities much better, which of course also leads to more fun ... As I said, we can definitely recommend Ronmanshow and our son always freaks out when he is sponsored by us or his grandparents for training with Ronny.
