A	Andreas Vogel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Kontakt zum Support: Es wurden auch Ersatzteile rausgesucht, die nicht in der offiziellen Liste stehen, und geduldig auf jede Änderung der Bestellliste meinerseits reagiert. Und natürlich ist das Produkt (Pelletofen Domo) auch super. Es sind ja zugegebenermaßen nicht gerade billige Produkte, aber sie sind preiswert (= ihren Preis Wert). Und ich freue mich sehr, dass es wenigstens noch ein paar Unternehmen gibt, deren Philisophie es ist qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und Service zu bieten. I was in contact with support: spare parts were also picked out that were not in the official list and I reacted patiently to every change to the order list on my part. And of course the product (Domo pellet stove) is great too. Admittedly, they are not exactly cheap products, but they are inexpensive (= worth their price). And I am very happy that there are at least a few more companies whose philosophy is to offer high quality products and service.

Very pleasant, informative and (in my opinion) very competent advice. All questions were answered. Although we couldn't get by with the planned 60 minutes, we never had the feeling that RIKA had tried to "stifle" the conversation.
