Auch die Serviceleistung ist perfekt, und ich habe wieder einmal die Lektion gelernt: Nicht immer ist das komplizierteste Produkt automatisch auch gleich das beste. Nachdem ein Gleitsicht-Glas für meine Anforderung nicht ganz optimal war, hat ein reibungsloser Tausch gegen ein "einfacheres" Glas nun für eine kompromisslose Abbildungsqualität gesorgt. Weil ich beruflich auf einwandfreie Sicht am Bildschirm und im Studio angewiesen bin, ist das hier der perfekte Optiker für mich. Und last, but not least: Chef und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr hilfsbereit, und auch hinsichtlich spontaner Terminvereinbarungen total entgegenkommend und flexibel. Deshalb kann ich insgesamt diesen Betrieb ohne Vorbehalt jedem weiterempfehlen, der großen Wert auf Qualität legt. The master is technically excellent, and not without good reason with the pride of an experienced craftsman in his field. The service is also perfect, and I've learned the lesson once again: the most complicated product is not always the best. After a progressive lens was not quite optimal for my requirements, a smooth exchange for a "simpler" lens has now ensured uncompromising image quality. Because my job is to have a perfect view of the screen and in the studio, this is the perfect optician for me. And last, but not least: the boss and employees are very helpful and also very accommodating and flexible when it comes to making spontaneous appointments. Therefore, I can recommend this company without reservation to anyone who values quality.
