Had to wait over 20mins for a seat (they were busy and we hadn’t reserved a table to be fair), but were basically ignored for the entire period. The service and attitude of the waiting staff was absolutely dreadful. Once seated we waited another 20 mins without even receiving a wine menu (did manage to order some sparkling water in the meantime, but it never arrived). We decided to leave 40mins after arriving, without even a water to our name, having seen other tables doing similar. Obviously can’t comment on the quality of the food, but I would highly recommend you don’t eat here based on the shocking service alone.

A	Alina Ioana Dogar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this restaurant since it was a Friday night, we didn't have any reservation made anywhere else and all other places we wanted to go to seemed fully booked. It was an unpleasant experience for a restaurant belonging to a 4* hotel. The pasta was too cooked, the cocktails were made in a hurry and had a strange taste, the table was not cleaned when we arrived and not cleaned even after we were seated. We decided to stay since we had to eat and there was nowhere else to go to. The prices are quite high for what they offer. We only received a menu for food, then waited for several more minutes to get one for drinks. We ordered, ate and quickly left. At night, 2 out of 4 didn't feel good after eating here. Unfortunately, I would not go back again.

We were also the only 2 customers wearing masks and the waiter was very rude saying we had to wear different masks. Fair enough, our mistake however no one else bothered to wear any at all and nothing was said to them.
