Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind kompetent und in meiner Wahrnehmung immer am neuesten Stand bei Färben und Stylings! Die Wohlfühl - Atmosphäre für uns Kunden entsteht durch das gute Klima unter den Mitarbeiterinnen! Ich werde „meiner Stylistin“ Drenushe die Treue halten, da sie auch mit meinem feinen, empfindlichen Haar immer neue Stylings ausprobiert!! ????? I have been in this salon for 3 years and have never been disappointed! The employees are competent and in my perception always up to date with dyeing and styling! The feel-good atmosphere for us customers arises from the good climate among the employees! I will be loyal to "my stylist" Drenushe, as she always tries out new styling with my fine, delicate hair !! ?????

Manchmal glaubte ich schon, ich wurde am Friseursessel vergessen. Dies könnte auf jeden Fall verbessert werden! Den eigentlichen Haarschnitt führen alle Friseure/Friseurinnen sehr professionell durch. Es gibt Friseurprodukte auch vor Ort zu kaufen. Professional staff & care. After the first conversation, however, one always waits a long time for someone to take care of you. Sometimes I thought I was forgotten on the barber chair. This could definitely be improved! The haircut is done by all hairdressers very professionally. There are also hairdressing products to buy locally.

Termin ist erforderlich, aber auch spontan kann es sein das man kurzfristig einen Termin bekommt. My friend and my children go there regularly. I am extremely satisfied. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen und mich bestens beraten. Gerne werde ich meine Haare wieder in ihre Hände legen. I was at Krasimira today and I am absolutely thrilled with her work. Während eine sehr nette und kompetente Friseurin dem Kind die Haare schnitt, bat ich darum, mir währenddesssen den Pony zu kürzen. Leider war dies nicht möglich, da lt. Aussage einer Friseurin zur Zeit viel los sei. Dabei stellte ich erstaunt fest, dass zwei Kolleginnen damit beschäftigt waren, sich die Haare zu flechten und eine weitere Kollegin einer anderen die Augenbrauen zupfte. So sieht für mich Kundenorientierung und Service nicht aus. Auch von Wertschätzung gegenüber Kunde und Kollegin kann man hier nicht sprechen. Liebe Grüße Daniela B. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the positive reviews. Had a haircut appointment with a child today. While a very nice and competent hairdresser cut the child's hair, I asked them to shorten my bangs while doing this. Unfortunately, this was not possible because, according to a hairdresser, there was a lot going on at the moment. I was astonished to see that two colleagues were busy plaiting their hair and another colleague was plucking another's eyebrows. This is not what customer orientation and service look like to me. Anschließend wurde ich gefragt, ob ich mir die Haare selbst föhnen will oder es gemacht werden soll. Ich fühlte mich in der kurzen Zeit mehr als nur rasch abgefertigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht gerechtfertigt und würde ich anstelle der Filialleitung nochmals stark überdenken. To my astonishment, the "top cutting" was around 10 cm and was accomplished in a record-breaking manner. I was then asked if I wanted to blow dry my hair myself or if I should have it done. I felt more than just dealt with quickly in the short time. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not justified and I would strongly reconsider instead of branch management.
