Schon bei der Besichtigung vor Anbotlegung wußten wir, daß hier Profis am Werk sind. Dennoch war die Angst vor dem vielen Staub sehr groß und so haben meine Frau und ich in mühevoller Arbeit alles mit Klebeband und Folie abgedeckt. Diese Arbeite hätten wir uns aber sparen können. Die Techniker hatten Hausschuhe mit, saugten alles sofort ab und so entstand bei den 3 Bohrungen durch das Haus kaum Staub. Es wurde sehr sorgfältig und zügig gearbeitet. Außerdem halten die Klimageräte, was versprochen wurde. Schön, daß es noch solche Betriebe gibt! Wir empfehlen die Firma Rauch uneingeschränkt weiter! :-) At the recommendation of friends, we chose Rauch. Even when we inspected the site before bidding, we knew that professionals were at work here. Nevertheless, the fear of all the dust was very big and so my wife and I laboriously covered everything with tape and foil. But we could have saved this work. The technicians had slippers with them, vacuumed everything off immediately and so there was hardly any dust in the 3 holes drilled through the house. It was worked very carefully and quickly. The air conditioners also keep what was promised. Nice that there are still such businesses! We fully recommend the Rauch company! :-)

Die gesamte Abwicklung, vom Erstkontakt über die Beratung bis zur Montage war - insbesondere unter Betrachtung der Umstände in diesem Jahr - einfach super! Klare Empfehlung. Stefan Sedlak, Wels. Es hat vom Angebot über Montage bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Rechnungslegung alles super geklappt. Die Monteure waren pünktlich, freundlich und höchst kompetent. Nach Fertigstellung mussten wir weder Staubsaugen noch Möbel abstauben, obwohl 5cm große Löcher für die Leitungen notwendig waren. Auch kann ich Samsung Geräte mit zugfreier Windfree Technik nur empfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf den Sommer - draußen heiß und drinnen komfortabel kühl. Choosing the right craft business is a tricky thing. I am all the more pleased that I made the right decision. Everything worked out great, from the offer to installation to commissioning and invoicing. The fitters were punctual, friendly and extremely competent. After completion, we didn't have to vacuum or dust furniture, although 5cm holes were necessary for the pipes. I can also only recommend Samsung devices with draft-free wind-free technology. I'm already looking forward to summer - hot outside and comfortably cool inside.

Tolle nette Monteure mit großem Hang zu sauberer Baustelle, sowas hat man nicht jeden Tag. Kann stolz auf sein Team sein! Würd sofort wieder dort kaufen.
