Wenn es nichts mehr zählt, dass man Mitarbeiter schon über 30 Jahre persönlich kennt, dann frägt man sich, welche Daseinsberechtigung stationäre Banken eigentlich noch haben. Handschlagqualität scheint eine aussterbende Tugend zu sein. Too bad that the new management no longer has confidence in long-standing customers and cooperative members. If it does not matter anymore that one has known employees personally for more than 30 years, then one wonders what existential rights stationary banks still have. Handshake quality seems to be a dying virtue.
D	David Lukas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind denen lieber die Kunden gehen als automatisch ein wenig entgegen zu kommen. kleinbeträge werden nicht ins Minus gezogen sondern immer schön abgelehnt sodass man über die Bearbeitungsgebühr JEDESMAL nachzahlen darf - danke dafür! Hätt ich mir bei einer angenehmeren Raikafilliale sicherlich schon 100,- erspart! Ist mir noch nie so ergangen. Danke für nichts, jedoch Kontoführungsgebühr schön einkassieren. Unfortunately, they prefer the customers to go rather than automatically being a little accommodating. Small amounts are not drawn into the minus, but are always nicely rejected so that you can pay EVERY TIME over the processing fee - thanks for that! If I had saved a more pleasant Raika branch I would have saved myself 100! I've never felt this way. Thanks for nothing, but collect the account management fee nicely.
M	Matthias Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Neubau der Bank ist wunderschön. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, kompetent und beraten sehr gut. Das war jetzt schon das dritte Mal, dass ich bei vollem Konto weder draußen noch drinnen beim Bankomaten kein Geld abheben konnte. Das war jedesmal um ca 6h00, um dann beim Bäcker einkaufen zu gehen. Es ist sehr peinlich, seinen Kindern erklären zu müssen, dass sie heute kein Brot zum Frühstück haben. Zu anderen Uhrzeiten kann ich problemlos Geld abheben. The new bank building is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, competent and give excellent advice. That was the third time that I couldn't withdraw money from the ATM either outside or inside with a full account. That was every time around 6:00 am to go shopping at the bakery. It is very embarrassing to have to explain to your children that they have no bread for breakfast today. At other times I can easily withdraw money.
