★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst das Positive:
Man bekommt eine breite Auswahl an verschiedenen Baustoffen und das an einem recht gut gelegenen Standort. Ein Ladehof mit Lieferung zum Auto und kurze Wartezeit bis man die Ware bekommt. Online ist der aktuelle Lagerstand sichtbar.
Nun leider das Negative:
Die Preise sind definitiv nicht auf Schnäppchenniveau und die Hotline ist eine Katastrophe. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen wurde ich recht unfreundlich weiterverbunden, dann aus der Leitung geschmissen, danach kommt mitten am Tag das Tonband "Sie erreichen uns außerhalb unserer Geschäftszeiten". Nach dem 7. Versuch und 20min Zeitverlust hats dann doch geklappt. Ansich wäre nicht schlimm wenn es keinen Telefonservice gibt... Oder man in der Warteschleife hängt. Aber wenn es schon eine Nr für Kundenanfragen gibt dann sollte die auch anständig geführt werden.
First the positive:
You get a wide selection of different building materials and that in a very well located location. A loading yard with delivery to the car and a short waiting time until you get the goods. The current stock level is visible online.
Now, unfortunately, the negative:
The prices are definitely not bargain and the hotline is a disaster. After calling me several times, I was put through quite unfriendly, then thrown off the line, then in the middle of the day the tape "You can reach us outside of our business hours" comes up. After the 7th attempt and a loss of 20 minutes, it worked. In itself it wouldn't be bad if there is no telephone service ... Or you are on hold. But if there is already a number for customer inquiries then it should be managed properly.
