★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein Ballkleid nach der Reinigung ohne Schleife zurückbekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht in der Putzerei sei. Die Qualität der Reingung und der Service sind grundsätzlich zufriedenstellend, aber der Verlust der Schleife ist äußerst ärgerlich!
 Got my ball gown back without a bow after cleaning it. When asked, I was only informed that it was not in the cleaning shop. The quality of the cleaning and the service are generally satisfactory, but losing the loop is extremely annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der besten Putzerei en in Wien! Die Damen dort sind sehr nett und absolut kompetent! Auch Problem-Wäsche wird nach allen Möglichkeiten so behandelt, damit es am Ende für den Kunden ein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis gibt. Ich kann die Putzerei herzlich empfehlen. Ich selbst fahre extra aus dem 1. Bezirk hin um meine Sachen dort reinigen zu lassen.
One of the best cleaning shops in Vienna! The ladies there are very nice and absolutely competent! Problem laundry is also treated as far as possible so that in the end there is a satisfactory result for the customer. I can warmly recommend the cleaning service. I myself drive out of the 1st district to have my things cleaned there.
