S	Su Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin etwas schockiert über diese Post Letzte Woche bin ich am Freitag 15min vor Ende noch kurz auf die Post in Attnang gegangen,um etwas aufzugeben! Vor mir war eine Dame,die sich am „Packerlautomaten“ nicht ausgekannt hat! Einer der beiden Herren zeigte es ihr sehr unfreundlich, schrie danach auch herum „SchFreitage“ und auch „SchPackerl“ usw! Kann man sich denn nicht beherrschen vor Kundschaften? Ich habe den zweiten Herren am Schalter was gefragt bzgl eines Briefes,bekam ebenfalls eine sehr freche und schnippische Antwort! Dies wird auf jeden Fall weitergemeldet! I am a little shocked by this post Last week I went to the post office in Attnang on Friday 15 minutes before the end to give up something! In front of me was a lady who did not know her way around the “packer machine”! One of the two gentlemen showed it to her very unfriendly, then shouted "Sch * Fridays" and "Sch *** Packerl" etc! Can't you control yourself in front of customers? I asked the second gentleman at the counter something about a letter, and also got a very cheeky and snappy answer! This will definitely be reported!
M	M. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ „Voraussichtliches Lieferdatum“ ist offensichtlich nur ein Schmäh. Am Bild kann man sehen, dass das Paket noch immer in der Versandbox liegt obwohl es (heute 08.01.) schon beim Empfänger sein sollte. Warum schreibt man nicht einfach hin „Bei der Post ist das Lieferdatum eine Glückssache.“ statt zwei Tagen, von welchen eh keiner stimmt. Die Lieferzeiten sind echt ein Horror. Es ist immer etwas worauf sich die Post rausredet aber nie etwas dagegen unternimmt! Vielleicht wäre es einmal besser die Lieferanten dementsprechend zu entlohnen damit nicht alle 3 Wochen ein neuer Lieferant da ist. "Estimated delivery date" is obviously just a shame. You can see from the picture that the package is still in the shipping box although it should have been with the recipient (today January 8th). Why not just write down “At the post office, the delivery date is a matter of luck” instead of two days, none of which is correct anyway. The delivery times are really a horror. It is always something that the post office talks about but never does anything about it! Perhaps it would be better to pay the suppliers accordingly so that there is not a new supplier every 3 weeks.
Q	Quicksilverhardcorer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte gestern einen Brief beim Selfserviceautomaten aufgeben, was allerdings nicht klappte, da ich keinen Barcode zum Scannen hatte. Danach ging ich zum Schalter und der Herr erklärte mir sehr ausführlich und freundlich wie das Gerät funktioniert und auf was man achten muss. I wanted to post a letter at the self-service machine yesterday, but it didn't work because I didn't have a barcode to scan. Then I went to the counter and the gentleman explained to me in great detail and friendly how the device works and what you have to watch out for.
A	Anita Madzar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird immer angegeben "Empfänger nicht angetroffen" obwohl ich zu 80% aller Fälle zu Hause bin! Sowie heute, es wurde nicht einmal geklingelt! Ich würde es sogar von unten abholen, wenn man wenigstens klingeln würde! Die Mitarbeiter am Schalter sind sehr nett und freundlich, da kann man nichts negatives sagen. It is always stated "Recipient not found" although I am at home 80% of all cases! Like today, the doorbell didn't even ring! I would even pick it up from downstairs if you at least ring the doorbell! The staff at the counter are very nice and friendly, you can't say anything negative.
