A	Alexandra Schmidhuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zufriedenstellend. Eine lange Schlange stand an und es wurde trotzdem kein zweiter Schalter geöffnet obwohl eine zweite Dame vor Ort war. Not satisfactory. A long line was waiting and there was still no second switch open although a second lady was on site.

Die vergangenen Tage habe ich probiert einen eingeschriebenen Brief abzuholen, aber der Automat sagt, dass der Brief nicht hier ist sondern in Hof ? Also Hof ist nicht Hof ? As a working person you have no chance to post a letter or pick up a package during opening hours! The past few days I've tried to pick up a registered letter, but the machine says that the letter is not here but in courtyard ? So courtyard is not courtyard ?
C	Catherina Feyerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich und absolut nicht bemüht, leider hab ich etwas falsch aufgegeben und anstatt aufzusperren und den Brief raus zu nehmen, so wie es die Hotline der Post riet, kamen nur Kommentare wie " hoffen wir einfach das es vor Weihnachten ankommt" ?... Man merkte das die Dame einfach keine Lust hatte? Very unfriendly and absolutely no effort, unfortunately I gave up something wrong and instead of opening the door and taking the letter out, as the Post hotline advised, only comments such as "let's just hope that it will arrive before Christmas" ? ... You could tell that the lady just didn't feel like it
E	Evelyn Weigand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So wie es aussieht wird man hier seit Jahren nur schlecht beraten und bedient. Hätte mich schon aufgehängt müsste ich da mit diesen Personen zusammenarbeiten. Die tägliche Verarschung kannst du dir bei der Post unter Garantie abholen!!!! It looks like they have been badly advised and served here for years. If I had already hung up I would have to work with these people. You can pick up the daily mess from the post under guarantee !!!!

Wollte mehrere Briefe aufgeben mit einem Inhalt, der von der Dame zerstört wurde, weil sie durch rohe Gewalt den Brief mit der Faust platt drückte. Von der Dame kam nur die Aussage, dass die Briefe durch eine Presse kommen und der Inhalt angesicht desen, sowieso zerstört werden würde. ?? I was served very unfriendly and disrespectfully by a lady. Wanted to post several letters with a content that was destroyed by the lady because she used brute force to flatten the letter with her fist. The lady only said that the letters would come through a press and that the contents would be destroyed anyway. ??

Achtung diese Filiale sperrt bereits immer um 17Uhr zu, und meistens 1 Minute früher, sodass ein Hineinkommen bei wichtigen Einschreiben nicht mehr möglich ist. Man muss sich also einen halben Urlaubstag hierfür nehmen. Sehr unfreundlich, nur wenn man vor verschlossenen Türen steht, lächeln sie einem zu. Opening times are wrong everywhere on the Internet! Attention, this branch always closes at 5 p.m., and usually 1 minute earlier, so that it is no longer possible to get in with important registered mail. So you have to take half a day of vacation. Very unfriendly, only when you stand in front of closed doors, they smile at you.

Wenn möglich fahre ich zu einer anderen Postfiliale. Everything works. But the service wasn't particularly friendly. I can only agree with the other reviews. If possible, I drive to another post office.
