J	Jessika Herb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war der lieferdienst miserabel. Kurz bevor der Fahrer eintraff hat er angerufen und gesagt wir sollen runter kommen und die B estellung entgegen nehmen. Ich hab ihn drauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir die Wohnung nicht verlassen dürfen(corona). War ihm egal er hat dir bestellung einfach unten im stiegenhaus abgelegt. Das war das letzte mal das wir bei euch bestellt haben Unfortunately the delivery service was terrible. Just before the driver arrived he called and said we should come down and take the B take the order. I made him aware that we are not allowed to leave the apartment (corona). He didn't care, he just put your order down in the stairwell. That was the last time we ordered from you

Nach dem ich ihm erklärte, dass ich mir zuerst Schuhe usw. anziehen musste, begann die Diskusion am Telefon. Er hätte noch zwei Lieferungen und müsse schnell machen usw. Schlussendlich ist er doch hinauf gekommen, dabei hat er mir noch erklärt, er würde meine Lieferung das nächste Mal als letztes ausliefern, dann hätte er mehr Zeit. Zum Glück wird es wohl kein nächstes Mal mehr geben... I was asked by the delivery driver to come out to pick up the order. After I explained to him that I had to put on shoes, etc. first, the discussion on the phone began. He still had two deliveries and had to make it quickly, etc. In the end he did come upstairs, and he explained to me that the next time he would deliver my delivery last, then he would have more time. Luckily there won't be a next time ...
a	asdfgg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wieder aufs neue enttäuscht, irgendwann reichts. ??‍♀️ Habe schon öfters hier bestellt und immer wieder eine neue Chance gegeben. Das war jetzt aber das letzte mal. Hat doppelt bis dreifach so lange gedauert als angegeben obwohl ich 5 Min. weg wohne. Habe für 1€ Aufpreis EINE Garnele bekommen (es gibt euch keine Option um mehr hinzuzufügen). Die anderen Zutaten wurden wohl kleingehackt um an der Menge zu sparen. Außerdem war die Pizza zu salzig, konnte ab der Hälfte nicht mehr weiter essen (und das sage ich als jemand der immer mehr salz zum Essen gibt). Habe für separates Chili Öl bezahlt aber keines geliefert bekommen. Nie wieder, würds auch keinem empfehlen. Again and again disappointed, at some point it's enough. ??‍♀️ Have ordered here several times and always given a new chance. But that was the last time. Took twice to three times as long as stated although I live 5 minutes away. Got ONE shrimp for €1 extra (you don't have an option to add more). The other ingredients were probably chopped up to save on the quantity. Also, the pizza was too salty, couldn't go on eating halfway through (and I say that as someone who always puts more salt in food). Paid for separate chili oil but didn't get any delivered. Never again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
