Silvia ist eine kompetente und erfahrene Permanent Make Up- Artistin. ich war schon einige Male bei ihr und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Silvia ist immer bemüht, jede Kundin individuell zu beraten und zu behandeln. wenn jetzt jemand meint, nur einen Stern geben zu müssen und so einen Blödsinn darunter zu schreiben, dann sollte man schon die Hintergründe kennen. diese Frau war sehr glücklich mit dem Ergebnis, aber sie wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass sie erst nach ihrer Lidstraffungs OP kommen sollte, um das Resultat nicht zu gefährden, sie bestand aber darauf vorher den Lidstrich machen zu lassen. nachdem aber danach ein Zwickel Haut bei der OP entfernt wurde, war das Ergebnis natürlich dann verfälscht. Silvia schlug vor, es auf Kulanz auszubessern, aber die Dame wollte das nicht und begann auf facebook und auf Google einen Feldzug gegen Silvia zu führen. ich kenne Silvia gut genug, dass sie immer absolut fair und kundenorientiert handelt und finde so eine Aktion wie diese Dame sich geleistet hat, unterste Schublade! ich werde selbstverständlich wieder zu Silvia kommen. für mich gibt es keine Bessere very good studio. I am very satisfied with the treatment. Silvia is a competent and experienced permanent make-up artist. I've been to her a few times and to my complete satisfaction. Silvia always tries to advise and treat each customer individually. if someone thinks they only have to give one star and write such nonsense under it, then you should already know the background. this woman was very happy with the result, but she was made aware that she should only come after her eyelid surgery so as not to endanger the result, but she insisted on having the eyeliner done beforehand. but after a gusset of skin was removed during the operation, the result was of course falsified. Silvia suggested improving it as a goodwill gesture, but the lady didn't want that and started a campaign against Silvia on Facebook and Google. I know Silvia well enough that she always acts in an absolutely fair and customer-oriented manner and I find such an action as this lady has done, bottom drawer! I will of course come back to Silvia. for me there is no better one

DIESE FRAU SPRITZT LEUTEN DIE LIPPEN AUF UND HAT NICHTMAL EINE ZULASSUNG Daher ich sie auf facebook darauf angesprochen habe hat sie mich sofort blockiert und war der Meinung das sie keine Zulassung braucht .. würde dort niemals hingehen.. lebensgefährlich was sie hier macht!! Und hat nichtmal ein schlechtes gewissen dabei andere zu gefährden.. Hat anscheinend für nichts eine offizielle Zulassung!! WATCH OUT!!! THIS WOMAN SPLASHES ON PEOPLE'S LIPS AND DOESN'T EVER HAVE AN APPROVAL So I asked her about it on facebook, she blocked me immediately and was of the opinion that she does not need approval .. would never go there .. what she is doing here is life-threatening! And doesn't even have a bad conscience about endangering others .. Apparently has no official approval for anything !!
