N	Nelson Langkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besser Finger weg, weil: Vor einem Jahr hat Parkett21 bei uns den Parkettboden im gesamten Haus verlegt und seitdem renne ich den Herren bzgl. Reklamation nach. Leere Versprechungen, nicht wahrgenommene Termine und zahlreiche E-Mails und Anrufe die umsonst waren. Ich habe mich seitdem nur geärgert, obwohl es schon früh Anzeichen gab: Ich hatte damals den Bodenleger ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen die Feuchtigkeitsprobe an einer bestimmten Stellen zu nehmen. Dies wurde vollkommen ignoriert - es ist nur ein Glück, dass die Fußbodenheizung nicht beschädigt wurde. Der Schauraum von Parkett21 zeigt Böden in einer Sortierung, die wir so nicht geliefert bekommen haben. D.h., der ausgestellte Parkett hat eine schöne gleichmäßige Farbe, aber siehe Foto was bei uns verlegt wurde. Die Einschaltung meines Anwaltes hat auch nur bedingt geholfen: außer leeren Versprechungen nichts. Die Schäden sind immer noch nicht behoben! Die Firma hat sich auch zugemutet in unserer Küche einen Zementboden zu verarbeiten mit katastrophalen Ergebnis: Nach zweimaliger Ausbesserung hat der Boden immer noch Löcher! Die Firma Parkett21 ist die einzige Firma bei unserem Hausbau, die nur Kopfschütteln und viel Ärgernis gebracht hat! Better hands off because: A year ago Parkett21 laid the parquet floor in our entire house and since then I have been running after the gentlemen regarding complaints. Empty promises, missed appointments and numerous emails and calls that were in vain. Since then, I've only been annoyed, although there were signs early on: I had explicitly advised the floor layer to take the moisture test at a certain point. This has been completely ignored - it's just lucky the underfloor heating was not damaged. The showroom of Parquet21 shows floors in a sorting that we did not get delivered in this way. This means that the parquet on display has a nice, even color, but see the photo of what was laid with us. Calling in my lawyer only helped to a limited extent: nothing except empty promises. The damage is still not fixed! The company also took it upon itself to process a cement floor in our kitchen with a catastrophic result: After two repairs, the floor still has holes! The company Parkett21 is the only company in our house construction that only shook our heads and caused a lot of annoyance!
