Unfortunately, after the sad death of Mr. Reinthaler, new, not so competent and friendly technical advisors there. But the price / performance is still right!

Wollten eigentlich einiges kaufen weil wir dort oft einkaufen waren aber leider mussten wir gehen weil die blonde Dame so unfreundlich war! Rarely experienced such a rude saleswoman! Actually wanted to buy some things because we often went shopping there, but unfortunately we had to leave because the blonde lady was so rude!

Das Personal wurde anscheinend ausgetauscht und damit ging die Freundlichkeit ebenfalls verloren. Fazit: mit sehr negativen Gefühlen und ohne Einkauf habe ich das Geschäft verlassen. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen, allen ehemaligen Angestellten wünsche ich nur das beste! You felt very comfortable in the perfumery under Mr. Reinthaler. Unfortunately that's gone with him. The staff was apparently exchanged and the friendliness was also lost. Conclusion: I left the store with very negative feelings and without purchasing anything. I won't be coming again, I wish all former employees the best!
S	Sarina Fallah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute haben mein Freund und ich beschlossen mal in dieser Parfümerie vorbeizuschauen, da man oft alt bewährte Schätze in solchen Kleinläden findet, die‘s so in den großen Ketten nicht mehr gibt. Und so war’s auch!! Hab so viele alte und geliebte Parfüms wieder gefunden. Der Berater war auch sehr bemüht und hat gefühlt Dutzende Parfüms zum Testen geholt, und uns gute 40 min lang durchgehend beraten, da ich unschlüssig war. Sobald ich etwas nicht gefunden habe, hat er sofort versucht ein ähnliches zu finden, und mir auch neue vorgestellt, aber ohne Druck! Wenn es nämlich mit der eigenen Körperchemie nicht passt, dann sollte man sich nicht zwingen. Schlussendlich bin ich mit 5 Parfüms, (sogar mein Freund hat ein neues gefunden, der eigentlich wunschlos glücklich war :D) und unzähligen!! gratis Proben glücklich gegangen. Ein bestimmtes Parfüm war schon ausverkauft, aber der Verkäufer war so nett und hat mir dann all die Proben davon geschenkt. Bin sehr begeistert, habe die Parfümerie bereits weiterempfohlen, meine Familie besucht sie auch demnächst. Jetzt bin ich auch wunschlos glücklich, vielen Dank! ☺️ Today my boyfriend and I decided to stop by this perfumery, because you can often find well-established treasures in such small shops that are no longer available in the big chains. And that's how it was!! Found so many old and loved perfumes again. The consultant also tried very hard and felt like he brought dozens of perfumes to test, and gave us continuous advice for a good 40 minutes because I was undecided. As soon as I didn't find something, he immediately tried to find a similar one and also introduced me to new ones, but without any pressure! If your body chemistry isn't right, don't force yourself. In the end I ended up with 5 perfumes (even my boyfriend found a new one, who was actually perfectly happy :D) and countless!! free samples happy gone. A certain perfume was already sold out, but the seller was nice enough to give me all the samples. I am very enthusiastic, have already recommended the perfumery to others, my family will be visiting them soon. Now I'm perfectly happy too, thank you very much! ☺️

The store is lovely - a small but dense treasure trove of a wonderful curation of high-end and niche brands. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to shop for perfume during Corona times. The owner informed me that I couldn’t sample the perfumes myself and would have to ask him whenever I wanted to try one. I appreciate this is frustrating for him as well as for the customer. By the time I got to the fifth perfume, he seemed so inconvenienced that I decided to leave. I was the only customer in there but I felt very unwelcome. I sympathise that business must be very difficult during these times and I went in specifically because I would rather support a small business than a large brand. However it seemed that he was only interested in me buying something and leaving than purchasing after browsing and discovering. When I left the atmosphere was very unpleasant and he said something that sounded hostile as I walked out. I probably caught the owner on a bad day and I would love to go back to buy a new perfume on a better day, but I wouldn’t try again after today’s experience.
