Mir war es leider nicht bewusst dass man mit Fahrrad in Sölden nur bei 2 Stationen aussteigen kann, als Kunde muss man sich auch nicht wegen allem informieren. Such a rude bus driver Comments like when you don't speak German should be withheld. Unfortunately, I was not aware that you can only get off a bike at 2 stations in Sölden, and as a customer you don't have to get information about everything.

Der Fahrer verwiess uns auf eine ziemlich unfreundliche Art, wir sollen schauen wie der Bus aussen angeschrieben sei. Bei den öffentlichen Regiobussen sind die Busfahrer viel freundlicher. Es muss nicht jeder so erstklassig seinen Job lieben wie der wirkliche Vorzeigebusfahrer mit der pflegeleichten Frisur????‍? Aber etwas Freundlichkeit kann nicht schaden insbesondere in einem Tourismus Gebiet. Actually good buses and connections. The friendliness of the bus drivers left a lot to be desired. Allerdings, wenn ein Bus an die Haltestelle kommt und hat die falsche Linie in der Anzeige hat, Niemand einsteigt. Ein Teil nimmt sich ein Taxi, ein Teil läuft und andere warten auf die nächste Chance. 45 min später. Mit Skischuhen und Ski.Das darf nicht passieren. Auch bei Fachkräftemangel nicht. So kann ich zu 90% meine Anschlussstelle nicht erreichen und muss auf das Auto zurückgreifen. Super Umweltschutz mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Kompetent ist halt nicht jeder. The bus is always late or waits a few more minutes at the bus stop for no reason. So 90% of the time I can't reach my connection point and have to use the car. Super environmental protection with public transport. Not everyone is competent.

E	Emily Coombes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE!!! I have never written a review on Google before but felt compelled to do so because of the absolutely dreadful service we have received. Not only was our driver 30 minutes late but when he arrived he refused to take us (there was no reason given, we were just 5 people with a suitcase each). After a bit of negotiation & a few phone calls, to what were frankly extremely rude office staff we got in.... and OMG I thought I was going to DIE! The driver drove like a complete maniac, on his phone, speeding, braking suddenly and harshly millimetres from the car in front. Then, all of a sudden, he swings to the right & pulls to an abrupt halt and proceeds to unload our luggage on to a bus. What!? We have paid for a taxi all the way to the airport (there is of course no explanation for this). Although the bus driving was, well, less terrifying, the bus driver was also using his mobile phone (which is illegal in Austria)! We are still traveling but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll make our flight. We travel to Solden & Obergurgl regularly and will NEVER use Oetztaler Shuttle again and if you wish to make your flight in time & in one piece I strongly recommend that you use another taxi/bus service.
