★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Abholung war top, schnell, pünktlich und übersichtlich. Wir haben Orbit zum ersten Mal probiert und sogleich Probleme gehabt, die Box war aufgerissen und beschädigt. Ich kontaktierte den Eigentümer von Orbit, er meinte, dass er sich darum kümmern würde, seit dem antwortet er auf keine e-mail, keine SMS, keine Anrufe. Äußerst unangenehm ist uns auch, dass wir Orbit, aufgrund der guten Abwicklung beim Versand an enge Freunde empfohlen haben, 50 % der Boxen sind bei unseren Freunden verloren gegangen und bis heute nicht mehr aufgetaucht, für uns leider sehr unangenehm, auch bei unseren Freunden geht der Eigentümer nicht mehr ans Telefon und verweigert jeglichen Kontakt - im höchsten Maße unprofessionell und somit absolut nicht zu empfehlen und zu meiden, der Versand ist hier das reinste Lotteriespiel, abgesehen davon, dass man mit Kunden so nicht umgeht.
