★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Strutzenberger ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Sie erzählt gerne, was Sie alles für Ihre Mandanten tut und steuerlich "herausholt". Aber Sie stellt auch jedes Telefonat und jedes Email, ergo jede Auskunft in Rechnung, was den Vorteil dann relativiert. Auskünfte ohne Entgelt werden nicht erteilt. Ein wenig mehr Bodenständigkeit und weniger Selbstbeweihräucherung würde nicht schaden.
Mrs. Strutzenberger is very competent and friendly. She likes to talk about what she does for her clients and what she "gets out" for tax purposes. But she also charges for every phone call and every email, i.e. every piece of information, which then puts the advantage into perspective. Information without payment will not be given. A little more down-to-earthness and less self-adulation wouldn't hurt.
