Danke an Herrn Waldmann/Waldherr (ich weiß es leider nicht mehr genau) an die freundliche & kompetente Betreuung, und das kurz vor Ladenschluss! Were our salvation in need when we were on our way on vacation! Thanks to Mr. Waldmann / Waldherr (unfortunately I don't remember exactly) for the friendly and competent support, and that just before the store closes!

A	A.B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundendienst Schiebt einen immer nur zur zum nächsten Mitarbeiter, und diese Abteilung ist nicht in der lange meinen Anruf anzunehmen eventuell mehr Personal in dieser Abteilung einzustellen und oder eine andere Lösung zu finden , nach 40min in der Leitung ist meine Geduld auch am Ende als Zahlender Kunde Customer service Always pushes you to the next employee, and this department is not in the long to take my call, possibly to hire more staff in this department and or to find another solution, after 40 minutes on the line, my patience as a paying customer is also at the end
