Da die effektiven Trainings nur 30 Minuten dauern, gab es für mich keine Ausreden mehr und je öfter ich es gemacht habe, desto besser fand ich es. Keine stundenlangen Aufenthalte in Fitnessstudios mehr, da bleibt die Motivation auch erhalten! Man kann sich alles flexibel einteilen und man wird online und auch persönlich bestens durch ein tolles Trainerteam betreut. Man bekommt ein individuelles für sich passendes Training zusammengestellt. Auch in Corona Zeiten wird man stets online unterstützt und bekommt ein abwechslungsreiches Programm zur Verfügung gestellt! Ich kann Mrs. Sporty und diesen Club nur weiter empfehlen! Thanks to Mrs Sporty I learned how to enjoy sports again. Since the effective workouts only last 30 minutes, there were no more excuses for me and the more often I did it, the better I found it. No more spending hours in fitness studios, because the motivation is retained! You can organize everything flexibly and you are well looked after online and personally by a great team of trainers. You get an individual training that suits you. Even in Corona times, you are always supported online and given a varied program! I can only recommend Mrs. Sporty and this club!
