M	Miles Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, dass die Filialleiterin einen Kunden droht, nur weil man nach ehemaligen Mitarbeitern gefragt hat. Also ich bin als langjähriger Mpreis Kunde sehr enttäuscht. Sowas geht gar nicht klar I've never seen the store manager threaten a customer just because they asked about former employees. As a long-standing Mpreis customer, I am very disappointed. Something like that is not clear at all
E	E H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Übersichtlich und ordentliche Filiale plus ein sehr höfliches Personal! Gehe gern dort einkaufen, da ich alles schnell finde was ich benötige:) Clear and tidy branch plus a very polite staff! I like to go shopping there because I can quickly find everything I need :)

Die Freundlichkeit sowie die Bereitschaft Kunden hilfreich zu sein wird in dieser Filiale nicht GROß geschrieben, daher nur 4Sterne! Unfortunately, not much has changed yet. The friendliness and willingness to help customers is not a priority in this branch, so only 4 stars!
L	LoL adcarry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, finde die Filiale echt toll. Das einzige was mich persönlich nervt sind inkompatibele Kunden die nur die Oberfläche der dinge sehen und nicht das wahre. Die Filialleiterin kann nicht entscheiden wenn sie kündigen kann, das letzte wort hat der Gebietsbetreuer der für die Filiale im Hintergrund zuständig ist. Der Gebietsbetreuer entscheidet wer gekündigt wird und wer nicht. Ich versteh den "Dimitri" nicht, wieso der so an der Filialleiterin herum hackt. Lasst doch die Leute arbeiten. Hi, think the branch is really great. The only thing that annoys me personally are incompatible customers who only see the surface of things and not the real thing. The branch manager cannot decide if she can quit, the last word has the area manager who is responsible for the branch in the background. The area manager decides who is terminated and who is not. I don't understand "Dimitri" why he hacks at the branch manager. Let the people work.
C	Ciri Cintra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe schon mehrfach beobachtet wie zur Mittagszeit wenn man zweite Kassa braucht nur eine Kassiererin bzw Mitarbeiterin im Geschäft ist während die anderen draußen Rauchen Das konnte ich nur bei dieser Filiale feststellen überall anders kommt sofort eine fürs Kassiererin I have already observed several times how at lunchtime when you need a second cashier only one cashier or employee is in the store while the others are smoking outside. I was only able to determine this at this branch

Top branch very friendly branch manager always helpful and courteous. Everything was very clean and tidy. Always a pleasure to shop there.

Auch die Geschäftsleitung hinterlässt meiner Meinung nach keinen guten Eindruck. Ich bin halt besseres von Mpreis gewohnt, deswegen diese Bewertung Expected more. Very listless and slow staff. If you are in a hurry you always have to wait a long time for a second cashier. In my opinion, the management doesn't leave a good impression either. I'm used to better things from Mpreis, that's why this rating
