Ergänzend hat sich dann noch der Wunsch nach Sonnenschutz aufgetan. Die perfekte Beratung durch Herrn Pecenkovic hat zu der für uns optimalen Lösung geführt. Ziele waren: - langfristiger Substanzerhalt * Fenster generalsaniert (kaputte Holzteile ersetzt, alle Dichtungen getauscht, auf leichtgängiges Öffnen/Schließen eingestellt) * Nachträgliche Alu-Außenverschalung auf Fensterstöcken,-Rahmen & Flügeln angebracht - Lärmdämmung & Senken der Temperaturen in den Wohn- & Arbeitsräumen * Glastausch auf 3fach Verglasung (Aussen- & Innenglas 6mm) * erhöhter Hitzeschutz durch Verwendung UV-Glas (für Arbeitsräume ein must-have - weit effektiver als erwartet!) - nachträglich angebrachter aussenliegender Sonnenschutz OHNE massivem Rolladenkasten, keine Einschränkung der Sicht nach außen * hier hat uns das Beratungsgespräch weg von üblichen ALU-Rollos zu den BLINOS ROLLO (Hersteller Schlotterer) geführt (zur fix montierten Variante) FAZIT: Unsere Wünsche/Ziele wurden 100% erfüllt - zu einem absolut fairen, gerechtfertigten Preis. Man bemerkt die langjährige Erfahrung sowohl bei Beratung als auch bei der Montage, spätestens wenn sich Sonderwünsche auftun. In addition, the desire for sun protection has arisen. The perfect advice from Mr. Pecenkovic led to the optimal solution for us. The goals were: - long-term preservation of substance * Window completely renovated (broken wooden parts replaced, all seals replaced, adjusted to easy opening / closing) * Subsequent aluminum outer cladding attached to window frames, frames and sashes - Noise insulation & lowering of temperatures in the living and working rooms * Glass replacement on triple glazing (outer & inner glass 6mm) * Increased heat protection through the use of UV glass (a must-have for work rooms - far more effective than expected!) - Subsequently attached external sun protection WITHOUT massive roller shutter box, no restriction of the view to the outside * Here the consultation has led us away from the usual ALU roller blinds to the BLINOS ROLLO (manufacturer Schlotterer) (to the fixed version) CONCLUSION: Our wishes / goals were met 100% - at an absolutely fair, justified price.
