Es wurde alles gezeigt....vom kleinen Kalb bis hin zum gereiften Käse...und alle Fragen von Vicky und Gottfried beantwortet. Selbst bei der Käseherstellung mitzuhelfen, macht einem erst bewusst, wieviel Arbeit dahinter steckt. Als Abschluss gabs eine Käseverkostung in der gemütlichen Küche, mit dem warmen Kachelofen im Rücken! Unbedingt ein bisschen mehr Zeit einplanen, weil bei gutem Käse, frischen Brot von der Bäckerei Öfferl (wird auch neben anderen regionalen Produkten im Hofladen verkauft) und Biowein aus der Ortschaft bleibt man gerne etwas länger. Weiterhin viel Erfolg und wir sehen uns bestimmt im Hofladen wieder!!! Was here for a cheese workshop. Very informative. Everything was shown ... from the small veal to the aged cheese ... and all questions answered by Vicky and Gottfried. Even helping to make cheese makes you realize how much work is involved. At the end there was a cheese tasting in the cozy kitchen with the warm tiled stove in the back! Be sure to plan a little more time, because with good cheese, fresh bread from the Öfferl bakery (which is also sold in the farm shop along with other regional products) and organic wine from the village, people like to stay a little longer. Der Käse ist extrem gut aber Vorsicht an alle die konventionell kaufen: hier schmecken die Lebensmittel nach dem was sie sind. Intensiv. The milk is really good. You can almost watch the cow and even make guides to the dairy cattle. Very authentic. The cheese is extremely good but beware of all those who buy conventionally: here the food tastes like what they are. Intensive.

Die Qualität ist absolut 1A und man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient! Die Preise finde ich sehr fair und beim Milchautomat gibts rund um die Uhr Rohmilch zum selber zapfen. Einfach toll, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Been here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Those who like regional products will love it there. The quality is absolutely 1A and you are welcomed and served very friendly! I think the prices are very fair and the milk vending machine has raw milk to tap around the clock. Just great, we will definitely be back!

Nicht zu vergessen die "Frischmilch vom Automaten" (7 Tage die Woche zugänglich) Very dear and committed "organic farming family"! The very friendly service is loving and devoted, and the range from the health food store is fresh and plentiful! Not to forget the "fresh milk from the machine" (accessible 7 days a week)
