Order was messed up they left out a portion of large fries, drinks were mostly just water with no syrup added (3 large almdudler only the sparkling water base no syrup added), food was mostly cold and the 9 piece nuggies box only had 8. The only german speaking staff isn't even a surprise at this point as the local culture states that the guest should be grateful for being here. Edit: hand sensitizer was empty in the restaurant and during covid this is unacceptable in my opinion.

C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete chaos despite a relatively low number of approximately two dozen guests. Prepared meals are pilled up and randomly distributed. We had a waiting time of more than 30min for two burgers and one time fries. To top the negative experience one of our group did the mistake and went to the bathroom.
T	Tedi Mucollari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thay had to close at 24:00 I called them at 22:50 and I asked if thay were open and thay sed that I could come… wen I comed inside thay we’re close at 23:20 and thay sed that thay we’re close I found than inside drinking a beer. People paid to make their job till midnight decide to close one hours before drinking a beer and paid for this kind of service this has appended 2 days let’s see tomorrow wen I will roll to the menager

All of that you will be able to have in a famous fast food restaurant McDonald's. Delicious coffe, cakes, burgers... I do not need to write any more, stop by, rest a little bit and cary on with a beautiful life ?
L	Lukáš Staněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 small burgers, I waited 45 min, no compensation no excuse, workers without respirator, dirty restaurant. I watch workers and they worked very slow and without care about they delay. Mcdonald should check this restaurant. And I get wrong burger aswell..

We trying to order at the bar, nobody came within 15 minutes, we decided to order thru the machine where the paper was ran out. At the bar they noticed us after 20minutes then we wait another 20 minutes to recieve our food. At the end the veggie food what we ordered was completly differennt - the mcwrap with meat :) thank for great experience, btw the waiters do the best and were nice.
