Great studio! It is the first time I take drawing classes and from the very first moment I felt very welcome. Courses are personalized so that you can follow what you most like! Both Mila and Damir are very supportive and carefully follow your progress. You are surrounded by art ? I highly recommend it! Perfect environment to learn and expand your drawing, painting, artistic skills.

Great and talented teacher with a lot of experience, Kind staff and very welcoming. Learning is really fun with a lot of helpful feedback, very beginner friendly. I finished taking the basic art course there and I’ve already noticed my improvement! I’m planning on taking the next course that suits my level as well.

If you would like to learn drawing and/or painting, I definitely recommend May Fine Art Studio as a great place to start. My boyfriend and I are currently attending the advanced drawing course (after completing two basic ones) and we are very satisfied. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the courses are well-tailored according to the individual needs of each student. Damir and Mila are also quite flexible with the times and planning of the classes, which is very important (especially for people who find it difficult to plan their schedule in advance). With regards to the COVID-19 hygiene measures, the studio is perfectly clean and we always felt safe.

for someone who is impatient as *uck, this was perfect! Damir and Mila taught me to be patient with myself and the process of drawing. Also (and this very important!) you will stop doing spaghetti lines ;)

May Fine Art Studio was amazing! I was only in Vienna for 5 weeks and I wanted the opportunity to learn a new skill that the city was known for, and art being one of them, I decided to enroll for a course. From the start their website was very detailed and I appreciate that they displayed the cost of the course so I wouldn't have to contact them to find out. When I called May, she was very accessible and friendly, and INFORMATIVE! I waited till the last minute to contact her and so I only had about two and a half weeks left but she was able to accommodate me and get me all my classes. I wanted to take fashion design but I had never taken an art class before, so May let me know I needed some basic instruction first and if we had time, depending on my skill development, they (she and her husband) would try to teach me some fashion drawing. They provided me all the materials for the class and were always walking around and observing to make sure we were progressing well. They would stop and give us one on one instruction if we had questions or if they saw we were doing something incorrectly. They would also always serve us students coffee/water/tea during class as well as give us chocolate or sweets. I thought that was a very nice touch and very hospitable. It was a fun course and I learned a lot, I felt pretty proud of the work I was able to accomplish. I hope to come back to Vienna, and when I do, I will definitely be back for more lessons!

I have been a student in May Studio for almost half a year now, and I intend to continue for as long as I'm in Vienna! I started from zero after never studying art before, and I've made incredible progress. Everything is super well-organized, the studio provides you with all the materials you need, and Damir is an excellent instructor that makes sure to keep pushing the students a little further with every project, so that we keep making progress and develop our skills.
