★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine bessere Firma hätte ich mir für die Kernsanierung meines 60 Jahre alten Hauses mit guter Basis nicht wünschen können. Durch einen Freund wurde ich auf Mario Bau aufmerksam, nach einer Besichtigung vor Ort starteten wir in Jänner 2021 mit dem Abriss, . Sukzessive erfolgte parallel dazu das Organisieren von Stahlträgern zum Abstützen entfernter tragender Wände sowie in weiterer Folge der Abriss und Neubau einer Garage. Die Maurerarbeiten sind demnächst abgeschlossen und noch immer steht mir der Chef in Baufragen jederzeit helfend zur Seite.
Hervorzuheben ist das Arbeitstempo und das Organisationstalent - in der Regel war das Timing der Lieferungen von Material perfekt auf den Baufortschritt abgestimmt. Insgesamt ist die Zusammenarbeit persönlich, unkompliziert, die Kommunikation ist zu jedem Zeitpunkt freundlich und kompetent.
Man kann sich auf eine saubere, termingerechte Arbeit verlassen!
I could not have wished for a better company for the complete renovation of my 60-year-old house with a good base. I became aware of Mario Bau through a friend, after an on-site visit, we started demolishing in January 2021. In parallel, steel girders to support distant load-bearing walls were gradually organized, followed by the demolition and construction of a new garage. The masonry work will soon be completed and the boss is still available to help me with construction issues.
The pace of work and the organizational talent should be emphasized - as a rule, the timing of the deliveries of material was perfectly coordinated with the progress of construction. Overall, the cooperation is personal, uncomplicated, and communication is friendly and competent at all times.
